The VILLA MARIA PF is located at Perigiali in an area of unique natural beauty. It is 15 km from Lefkada town and 800 meters from the cosmopolitan Nidri.

It is built at the feet of a hill 70 meters from the sea overlooking the Princess' Islands (Scorpios, the island of Aristotle Onassis -Skorpidi - Cheloni - Madouri the island of poet Valaoriti.

The Villa Maria PF also includes two individual pools.

Each house has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, wc, large balconies and a garden with private pool. You can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Lefkada known around the world for their crystal clear waters for unforgettable swimming. You can also visit the waterfalls of Nidri. It would be great to visit the picturesque village of Rachi and the Red Church.

Very well presented villa and the owners couldn't have made us feel more welcome

Villa Maria is a modern well appointed holiday home with lots of special touches throughout. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the owners who couldn't have done any more to ensure our stay was all we could have hoped for. The views from the villa and the pool are truly spectacular and the location feels rural although only a 20 minute walk from the heart of bustling Nydri with its shops and harbour front restaurants and bars

Fabulous ire’s and accomodation

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a bit of luxury for our stay in Lefkas . Villa Maria did not disappoint. I do not recommend for the unfit as it is a bit of a walk to and from town but if you like to drive the. It’s perfect to be out of Nydri a bit . Our hosts were lovely and the cleanliness was amazing

Its like home from home theyve thought of everything no need to bring washing up liquid or brush or teatowel or washing powder and conditioner. Mini shampoos and conditioners, hoover! Even lavender hung in the wardrobes!Maria communicates well and her Grandfather is the sweetest most helpful person making sure all is well, greating you with girts of olives and fresh produce. I would visit again tomorrow if I could. 5There is no green bbq area as in the photos as there are now villas below, yet this didnt spoil the view at all. Spectacular Kalimera

Fabulous

We had a fabulous stay in this outstanding property. The location is amazing with spectacular views. The house was immaculate and spotless, and the few items that we asked for additionally were supplied promptly. The owner, Maria, was incredibly kind and efficient and her grandfather, who seems to oversee the property, was an absolute sweetheart. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Maria

We had a lovely stay at Villa Maria. The property was comfortable and clean with lovely views from the bedroom and lounge balconies. Pool area was lovely to use in the morning and evenings when in a bit of shade and the gardens were very nicely kept. Some lovely beaches near by that were easily reached within a 10 min drive - we particularly liked the K-Bar! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful villa

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property. It was incredibly clean and spacious with absolutely outstanding views from 2 huge balconies. The pool area was lovely and very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was in a peaceful location just a short drive from Nidri with a lovely, small beach nearby. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Excellent Villa close to amenities in Nidri only 15 minute walk. Excellent communication with Maria, Her grandfather was on site and was always extremely helpful and brought us produce which he had grown himself. Would recommend.

Villa Maria

We had a fantastic time. The villa is superb, well equipped and the views are stunning, both from the villa and the pool.. The hosts, Maria and Pano, (Maria’s grandparents) are wonderful and their gifts of food and pomegranate juice so thoughtful. Nydri is a 20 minute walk away which has plenty of high quality bars and restaurants. We would 100% recommend this as a place to stay and will definitely return when we holiday in Lefkada again.
