The villa is on two floors, connected by an internal staircase, and has four bedrooms (three double and one twin) and three bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with table for 10 people, dining room.

Villa Emanuel, characterized by a wonderful park and an amazing sea view, is suitable for 8 people + 2 children

Outside there is a large porch, furnished with tables and chairs, outdoor sofas, table tennis.

In the garden there is a large park, swimming pool for exclusive use (12x6), pergola furnished for outdoor dining with tables and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, sea view.

In the villa there is a large living room with sofa bed and large windows overlooking the park and the swimming pool.

Nothing in this villa has been left to chance, and children as well as pets will always be welcome with us.

Villa Emanuel is located at the gates of the city of Alghero, a few kilometers from its splendid beaches, in a particularly quiet area, via Valverde, which guarantees an extremely relaxing stay.

With attention to every detail, the villa is furnished with a prestigious mix of rustic and modern. Outside the olive trees alternate with citrus trees. The large veranda overlooks the swimming pool.

Fantastic villa in a perfect location

An excellent villa in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by olive groves yet just a few minutes drive into Alghero. Loads of space, both inside and outside, with a large pool and dining / BBQ area alongside. The shaded seating area under the front of the villa proved very popular throughout.

Stunning setting in olive groves

Set in the centre of an olive grove this house was beautiful and private. Grounds well kept and well suited for outdoor living; pool, bbq, living and dining areas. Indoor space very comfortable with 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is a little small , but functional. The hosts were lovely and helpful to our stay in Alghero. Excellent value overall. Thank you !!

Villa Emannuele - Enjoyable stay with a few issues

Pros: Good location, Lovely outdoor seating area, pool, eating and grilling. Really pretty property and you can see the sea from a distance. Communication with Jesus our house contact was great. He always responded very quickly to any issue or question. The house is nice but could have been cleaner upon arrival. Cons: The house is 3 bathrooms but during our stay only the main bathroom off of the kitchen was unusable due to a septic or other issue relating to "water" bubbling up in shower upon flushing toilet and vice versa. Jesus did send someone but not able to be fixed at that time. Was tricky with 7 people and 2 bathrooms. Not what we expected.Door to upper bathroom very tricky and one of our party was locked in until we were able to open the door from the outside. Needs to be fixed. Trash bins are provided but getting rid of it at different locations around Alghero is not easy or predictable. Not fault of owner but just take note. Pool is great but would recommend having umbrellas as it is quite hot in Sardinia and there is very little shade at the pool. It can be windy but guests could be advised to lower umbrellas when not in use. Overall a good stay that with a few improvements by owners could be great.

Buona l’accoglienza. E’stata una vacanza all’insegna del relax e del divertimento. La casa è perfetta per stare insieme con la famiglia e amici, ha una bella vista sul mare, è isolata, ma anche molto vicina ad Alghero. All’interno ci sono ampi spazi, stanze e bagni sono distribuiti abbastanza bene. Piscina curata così come il giardino. Molto carino anche il patio esterno, con il barbecue, lavandini, doccia esterna. Tra le cose negative direi formiche e illuminazione esterna del giardino. Ho sollecitato più volte l’intervento di un elettricista ma nulla. Un vero peccato perché la Villa ha un bellissimo giardino che anche di sera andrebbe valorizzato. A parte qualche punto luce, l’impianto non funzionava, ed tutto il resto era completamente al buio. Le formiche sono un fastidioso inconveniente. Si deve stare attenti a lasciare qualsiasi cibo ovunque.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Garten

Schöne Villa außerhalb von Alghero gelegen, die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in 10-15min erreichbar. Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind in 5min mit dem Auto ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool war Ende Mai noch recht frisch, hat sich jedoch bis zum Ende des Urlaubs auf eine angenehme Temperatur erwärmt. Der Whirlpool konnte aufgrund der Wassertemperatur leider nicht genutzt werden. Hervorzuheben ist der schöne Außenbereich, ideal geeignet zum Grillen und Kochen sowie Abendessen im überdachten Essbereich. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich, geben gerne Tipps für Ausflüge und kümmern sich bei Problemen (Austausch der Spülmaschine) sofort um die Behebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A lovely paradise in Sardinia

We stayed in this beautiful Villa for 2 weeks with 6 adults and 4 children. The house was very complete and absolutely clean. There is a lot of privacy, a very nice swimming pool, and very nice outside-kitchen/loungeplace with pizza-oven and BBQ. There are lots of plates, forks, knives, spoons, cookingpots and towels. This house, swimming pool, seating areas and garden are a small paradise. We especially loves the space around the house and the luxurious feeling of freedom. For dinner we always used the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. At night you sleep as a baby in the comfort of cool house with AC. There is nothing, really nothing that we could wish to have more, than this beautiful, peaceful and quite place. We wish we could stay one more week. Thanks Maria for all your help during the booking. We will come back!!!!

Schöne ruhige Lage mit großem Grundstück, und nur 8 min. zum nächsten Supermarkt, bzw.10. min nach Alghero. Gute Zimmenaufteilung, perfekt mit Kindern. Gemütlicher Aussenbereich mit typischer rustikalen Aussenküche und Grill. Pool perfekte Größe. Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsen, 3 Kindern und Hund eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Kleine Schönheitsfehler, wie rostige Armaturen in den Duschen, tropfende Armatur in der Küche, Kühlschrank innen unsauber vorgefunden und ein Teil der Bettlaken nicht sauber, lädierte Poolliegen. Vermieter freundlich und verlässlich!

Traumhaftes Haus und Grundstück

Wir haben das Haus sehr kurzfristig buchen müssen. Hier gab es dann leider Schwierigkeiten mit der Zahlungsabwicklung. Wir haben das aber mit der Vermittlerin klären können. Vielen Dank hierfür. Ohne Unterstützung von Fr. Lopez hätte das alles nicht mehr geklappt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten. Sie gaben uns auch viele Tipps, die Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist so vorgefunden worden, wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Wirklich traumhaft. Aussendusche! 3. WC ist ebenfalls draussen. Tolle Aussenküche. Wir haben für 7 Personen in den 2 Wochen 115 Eur Strom gezahlt, aber die Klimaanlage nicht so oft in Benutzung gehabt. Lage ruhig. Nachbarn hört man kaum. Nur Hunde bellen teilweise die ganze Nacht durch. Das ist aber ein generelles Problem. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 min zu erreichen. Die Stadt Alghero mit ihrer Altstadt muss man gesehen haben. Danke an Mercedes, Betty und Alessandro! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wonderful stay!

We had two wonderful and relaxing weeks in Alghero. The Villa was everything we hoped and more. It is well kept and well equipped. The swimming pool is just fantastic! SPA is stunning. The beach and town are just few minutes away. Our hosts, Alessandro and Maria, were friendly, helpful and professional. This is a place that we will be more than happy to come back to sometime.
