A Spanish-inspired hideaway, Villa la Rocada gives you the best of both worlds. On the one hand, you’re in a quiet spot, surrounded by countryside. And on the other, you’re just a ten-minute drive from one of the area’s best sandy beaches and the town of Alghero.


Whether you’re holidaying with friends or as a family, this roomy property gives you plenty of privacy. All around the pool are located the main house with living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, (one double and one with two single beds), all with their own en suite shower room and three separate bedrooms, each one with en suite shower room and a small terrace. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. ( from 2023 this is an extra, it costs 0.8 cent/euro for Kw/hour , the consumption is detected by a counter dedicated to air conditioning only )
So it’s a great set up.
Although the villa’s a modern build, it’s got all the traditional credentials. Think beamed ceilings and tiled floors along with chunky-wood furniture and whitewashed walls. But that doesn’t mean you have to forgo modern comforts. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has plenty, from satellite TV, dish washer and a washing machine to the plush sofa. Internet wi-fi connection is provided and free.

Outside, everyone can come together for days around the truly fantastic , kidney-shaped pool (13 meters long and 7 meters wide) and relax in the jacuzzi, also perfect as a pool for the children (50 cm deep), diving with multicolored lights, programmable with different programs (disco effects, relaxation effects, etc.). which is set gardens dotted with pots of geraniums. And there’s also a covered terrace with a dining table, so you can enjoy al fresco meals and a barbecue area with a 10 seats table just in front of the pool, perfect for lunch with all the family or a romantic dinner under the stars.
