Spectacular Sea-View Villa with Spa Area

This unique property is located facing the pristine coast of Marsaskala with breathtaking views of the sea. This 7 bedroom contemporary villa has been designed around an ambitious project; a goal to create a luxury property set on a unique area with direct access to the beach. It encompasses all the necessary factors to ensure a serene and restful escape for anyone residing in it. The property is served with an elevator, is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property.



The villa is set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city life, nestled just in front of the sea. It is located just 30 minutes away on foot to the center of Marsaskala. Here one finds a delightful natural harbor onto which a number of bars and restaurants are situated facing the promenade. Less than 15 minutes away by car there is the historical town of Vittoriosa. In summer one may take the ferry from the Vittoriosa waterfront to Valletta. For the more adventurous there is also another ferry from Valletta to Sliema. The neighboring towns of Birzebbugia and Marsaxlokk are also worth a visit, these are 15 minutes away by car. Marsaxlokk is a fishing village, with several restaurants. A market is set up every Sunday on the promenade where one finds all sorts of things, from fresh fish to souvenirs!

Fantastic location for a family holiday

The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our family holiday with age ranges ftom 18 to 85. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Amanda wad quick to resolve them. The rocky beach just outside was a serious plus as our family loved snorkeling from there and seeing so many fish. This was a real added bonus. The Bolt taxis meant my dad (who has very limited mobility) could join us everywhere we went and the lift in the villa also was brilliant so he could access all areas

Absolutely wonderful stay at this villa for 10 nights in September 2025. We had 2 children (ages 4 and 8) and 6 adults (a couple of nights with 7 adults) and had the best experience. Brenda and Amanda were both extremely good at communication and quick to get ahold of/respond with any questions. The house was clean, equipped, and the pool was an absolute hit. Being able to walk down to the water and the public beach area was a big plus, as well as having a garage since we had 3 cars between our family traveling together. There is a larger grocery store (Lasko) less than a 10 minute drive away, and also a couple of convenience stores within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

The property is as beautiful as seen in the photos, but still managed to exceed our expectations for a rental! It was a quiet and relaxing place to call home. The ocean views were amazing and the outdoor space worked really well - great pool layout for kids, plenty of shaded options over the dining and loungers. The location is off the beaten path for tourism, but meant living more like a local and a sacrifice we were glad we made for such a beautiful property. While the "beach" in front of the house is rock, many locals would lounge there and swim. There was also a sand beach with chairs a 10 minute walk away. We would love to come back!

Beautiful villa for a large group

Beautiful villa that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a large group, it has all the amenities you need. The pool is not heated and so was quite cold, but a beautiful view and direct access to the sea. The games room and underground spa were great. There is also an external company they work with that will organise various activities, which made our stay extra special and easy.

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is everything we needed to enjoy the Mediterranean at our doorstep, the pool, spa, games, main living area with beautiful views and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Spectacular Property and Location

This property is a wonderful oasis by the sea, which far exceeded all expectations. Everything about the property is amazing, starting with the ocean view, the gorgeous deck with pool and waterfall, beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, the comfortable well-appointed rooms, the endless entertainment options, hot tub, steam bath and large private garage. We loved our stay here, and were truly sad to leave. I would absolutely stay here again!

The Villa is huge and is great located. Everything was clean. Some rooms have a bit high humidity. The terasse is stunning! Only some Chlor tabs for the Whirlpool would be great because after two days using it, the water smells disgusting. All in all we had a great stay

Marvellous large villa near Marsaskala, Malta

A very spacious villa with direct access to a rocky beach but within walking distance of St Thomas Bay where there is a sandy beach. There are several well stocked convenience stores 2-5 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket, butcher and wine shop within easy reach. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We arranged for a chef on 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the food which was restaurant quality and very plentiful. The games room would be a huge attraction to a family group. Public transport is excellent and we didn't feel any need for a hire car. Amanda and her team were available and responded to queries very promptly.

Amazing luxurious villa

This is a superb villa, clean, well located and has tons of enjoyment to offer. Sauna, hot tob, pool table, gym, private pool... you name it!!! All is there! I honesty didnt want to leave... Perfect Stay

The stay was truly wonderful and relaxing all in one. The villa is simply fantastic and perfect for 8 people. Everyone can do as they please there, as there is plenty of space and various options for activities to enjoy your time on-site. Whether it's listening to the sound of the sea and watching the waves, playing table tennis, or using the sauna and the whirlpool, everything is possible within the comfort of your own four walls. It's truly amazing being so close to the sea. The rooms were all beautifully and warmly decorated, and the villa was really clean. The location allows easy access to various places by car with short distances. So, all in all, it was the perfect stay and perfect for a group of several people! We would love to come back again and again!

What makes this property unique

Marsaskala provides a number of rich locations to visit and enjoy, including the tranquil beach of St Thomas’ Bay which is enjoyed by residents and tourists alike. The seafront is a lovely place for a stroll, while visitors may also wish to visit a number of historical sites such as St Thomas’ Tower, rural chapels, as well as natural attractions like the rocky shores near Żonqor Point. Other towers include the privately built Mamo Tower, the privately owned Tal-Buttar Tower, and the famous De Redin Tower at Żonqor point. Żonqor Battery also lies in the area while Briconet Redoubt, wonderfully preserved, is located near Marsaskala’s Parish Church and used as a police station. Marsaskala’s promenade also boasts views of low shelving rocks, colourful fishing boats and saltpans which are still used today. In addition, the waterfront has a vast range of restaurants available where people can enjoy a mouthwatering Maltese meal.
