The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ac's and tv's remote controls [ 7 in all] to be placed back in the same box that they were taken out .
Bedroom and restroom bins to be cleared into a black bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
On check -in , I.D details must be given to host and a declaration signed. The villa is secured with cctv cameras covering common areas,
A deposit of euro 100 will be taken for extra cleaning on check in and refunded on check out.
Pool not be used during the quiet hours. From 10 p.m to 8.00 a,m. This is important due to the chemicals to work properly and respect to neighbours.
