Excellent facilities/views. Good pool. Nice walk to marina/shops/restaurants. Airport service. + car

Clean and well equipped 3 bedrooms with views to marina. Airport transfer vehicle 8 persons. Warm welcome includes milk, coffee, fruit, bottle of wine etc. Euro cash deposits required for villa 300 and 300 for car if required and are refunded. Good quiet location with a large pool. The owners on site and very helpful to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Eigenaar houdt zich niet aan afspraken.

Volgens de advertentie ten tijde van de boeking alsmede in de vastgelegde boeking op de vrbo-site staat dat inbegrepen bij de huur van elk van de villa's is o.a.: - transfer van en naar het vliegveld en - een auto (gratis) Bij aankomst op het vliegveld bleek er geen transfer te staan en na contact met eigenaar ontkende deze dat transfer en gratis auto onderdeel van de overeenkomst waren. Dat stond wel op de site maar dat zou gaan over 2021 en was per ongeluk zo blijven staan. Wij (6 volwassenen) mochten kiezen. Geld terug en volgende dag vertrekken en anders 'bother me no more'. In heel Griekenland was op dat moment geen accomodatie voor 6 personen meer te vinden en we hadden geboekt voor 2 weken. Eigenaar heeft in de 2 weken daarna geen woord meer tegen ons gesproken. Wel ettelijke appjes of die fout geparkeerde auto van ons was (nee), of we nooit meer het buitenlicht wilden vergeten uit te doen want "I don't have the mony to keep on the rubbish because you kerp the lights open all day". Kortom, een bijzonder onvriendelijke gastvrouw.

This is what send me the gentilmen Mr.Paul "Because there was no shuttle and no car we had to rent a car at the airport for 1680 euro (plus 56 for an extra driver) I will send you a copy of the bill. Our proposal is that we are reimbursed for the 1680 euros. Kind regards, Paul Stoop" Me Lyubomira offer to stay for free 2/3 and after and 5 days because he is not happy I give him for free this days and return all amount of his holiday and Mr.Paul answer me: "Sorry about the light. We will take better attention. We want to stay in your villa. I talked to Mr. Gabriel of vrbo team Netherlands and gave him your case number. I trust everything will be sorted out in due time and we can have a nice holiday now in your beautiful villa. Kind regards, Paul Stoop" And all this time Mr.Paul know that I am in hospital to born my baby but he didn't stop to write me that he want money from me. And after few days he again write me this: "Let's try to find a solution together. No hurry. Baby first" Me Lyubomira write him this: "I give you the Solution So I give you for free the villa until tomorrow And tomorrow I return your 100% of money Tomorrow I come back in Sivota" And Mr.Paul S. answer me this: "That is not a solution I like. We both loose. I think rent of a small car or scooter would be much cheaper for you. And we like the villa very much and want to stay." So this is the gentilmen Paul Stoop,His messages speak for themselves that the gentleman did not come to take his vacation but to get some money. All the best i wish you Mr.Paul Stoop and family
