Gîte "TERRASSE" with swimming pool

At the exit of Montséret,

 

small peaceful village of 500 inhabitants, ideally located in the Corbières, and, to spend your holidays in peace, Corinne and Philippe offer you the lodging 'Terrace', of a capacity of 4 people (beyond, to consult us).

Since October 2013, the houses got the Clévacances label in Category 3 Keys.



Quiet,

 

from the bustling city, and all the indignities of an active life requires you throughout the year, you will rest, recharge your batteries, make the relaxation, rocked by the sound of cicadas, will have all of sun, feel the wind, sometimes warm, sometimes cool, sometimes wet your body and subtle scents of thyme, rosemary and scrubland affoleront your smell.

No neighborhood, the scenery alone will be the Languedoc vineyards, some wines are world famous and very popular, so you'll plenty of time to sample this famous beverage and choice will not fail, we are sure!

Les hôtes et leurs chiens sont adorables ainsi que le cadre, le logement en lui même est equipé correctement et confortable. par ailleurs, l hygiène est irréprochable , nous avons passé un bon séjour.En revanche, il est dommage que l' annonce ne soit pas tout à fait précise car la climatisation n est finalement pas comprise dans les prestations contrairement aux descriptions en ligne.Nous recommandons ce gîte qui permet de déconnecter de la vie de tous les jours.

Vous avez été également de supers vacanciers Concernant la climatisation où le chauffage en hiver, c'est stipulé en sus L'utilisation de la climatisation est une affaire de maximum 25€ par semaine. Je vous ai bien demandé si vous la vouliez et vous m'avez dit que non. L'utilisation abusive par certains vacanciers qui laissent fenêtres et portes ouvertes nous oblige à facturer cette prestation. Les gens sont libre de la prendre où non....... A très bientôt et au plaisir de vous revoir dans notre belle région Philippe et Corinne

An excellent holiday property with welcoming and charming owners

A lovely gite - spotlessly clean and well equipped. Most of the furniture and equipment are new and everything is well looked after. The gite is one of three properties on a relatively small plot adjacent to the owner's house, but it is not overlooked and the terrace is completely private. There is certainly no feeling of being cramped or in the way of other guests. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating and run the gites in a professional and responsible manner. They were kind enough to invite all their guest for an alfresco meal by the pool, which was just charming. The pool is fantastic and our little boy in particular loved spending time in it. The area is full of places to explore - from ancient Cathar forts and medieval castles to numerous vineyards. The gite is conveniently situated for getting out and about, and the village of Monseret is a short walk away (make sure you visit the brilliant honey making place in the village!). The only thing that brings the rating of the property down to four stars for us is the fact that it is situated right next to the road, and, although not very busy, the road noise was noticeable at night, especially in the kids room. Having said that, the garden is completely enclosed on the road side and there are no safety worries at all. Overall, we would definitely recommend this gite and would be happy to return. Thank you for your nice comment We are pleased that you have a pleasant stay at Gîte TERRASSE. Indeed, a pity that the harvest began during your stay. Grape harvesters and tractors were there day and night to harvest a good grape and make an excellent wine. Hence these few nights with the noise nuisance of these machines. We hope to see you again at the Passolis lodges may be at another time for less noises.

Bon et agréable séjour

Gîte propre et conforme au descriptif, grande piscine. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Corinne et Philippe sont très accueillants et disponibles. Moments agréables dont ceux partagés autour d'un apéritif de bienvenue. Nos filles ont aimé la compagnie d'Abysse et Olympe qui étaient toujours là pour nous accueillir. Delphine et François

Presque parfait !

Hôtes accueillant , gîtes conforme a la description. Aucune mauvaise surprise bien au contraire. Si besoin d'un logement dans la région nous reviendront avec plaisir. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le seul point négatif est le mauvais temps que nous avons eu.. Pas de chance.

Bonjour Vous nous mettez une note de 3/5 Je ne comprends pas très bien car à votre arrivée vous avez été reçu par mon époux Vous arrivez pour 4 nuits, vous avez tout le confort et la tranquillité pour vous. Vous n'avez pas apportez vos serviettes de toilettes mon époux vous les apportent normalement celles ci sont en options ainsi que le chauffage hors saison on vous en fait cadeau à votre départ Vous n'avez pas fait le ménage correctement à votre sortie, la lavette du sol n'a pas été utilisée, vous avez nettoyée le sol avec l'éponge Je trouve cela très moyen pour des personne de votre âge et je n'ai rien dit vous êtes des clients Une prochaine réservation de votre part chez nous sera systématiquement refusée. Et j'espère que les autres propriétaires utilisant cette plateforme prendront compte de mon commentaire avant de valider une réservation à votre nom Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation Cordialement Corinne
