Brilliant stay

Had an amazing stay in Villa Costa Calma, pool was excellent and facilities were great , very safe and peaceful area and close to both Magaluf and the centre of Santa Ponsa only downside was the absence of air conditioning, the house was like a boiler house at night but the fans were great

We would definetely return to the villa if visiting Santa Ponsa again.

The location of the villa was great for us as families. Close enough for a short walk to the bars and places to eat but far enough from the noise. There was no aircon but this wasn't an issue as we hired this separately and it was fine and the owners were happy to point us in the right direction for this.

The perfect house in the perfect spot!

The villa is great! Great location close to Palma (25 min drive from the airport) and close to the best beach/hike spot of the north of the island (best part!) the house is equipped with everything you need and it is very clean! Amazing barbeque , pool, rooftop ! Many shops/supermarket/tabacs/all you need close to the villa (walking distance) and you can reach the beach in 10min walk! Also close (walking distance) to the bar/clubs of the area but not next to them (really quite at night!). Best value for money!!!

There was no air conditioning. The only ceiling fan was outside.

Key safe number did work perfectly - loved the self check in arrival as allowed us to check in late in the night. Access was up a number of steps both to the property path and the villa itself.

It rained so villa was an absolute god send. The staff from the agency were really good people I had very good contact with them over there through whatsapp. We had our own pool, all amenities wee great and literally ten minute walk t centre of santa ponsa. I would recommend this to anyone. It was a small bit cold the last day but that was down to the weather really, an.electric heater would of been nice and I'm sure would of been provided if I asked.

The villa was beautiful. Had everything needed. We didn’t cook but if you wanted to everything was there. Was very safe and secure would recommend this villa but if they installed air con in the bedroom it’s would be amazing The only downside was their is no air conditioning. There was fans but it was so hot at night. It did prevent us from getting a good nights sleep

The villa was really lovely, very clean and in a good location, not far of a walk to bars, restaurants and shops, also can get a taxi in 15 mins to Magaluf and a bus to palma all very easily. There was some lovely areas to sit outside the Villa. There is no air-con which really does affect the whole experience, there is a few fans but only one of them really helped, even if the fans were replaced with tall standing ones that worked that would of helped. Also, the boiler was not on for the entire time were there and we didn’t want to mess around with it as it looked abit rickety so we had cold showers until the last day when someone came out to help

Gut, schönes Haus leider schnell etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an der ein oder anderen kleinen Stelle Reparatur fällig hat uns aber nicht gestört was gut gewesen wäre eine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens einen mückenschutz an den Fenstern denn die Mücken können im Juni echt heftig sein.

Maison et cafards

La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle, bien placée. Il est dommage que la présence de gros cafards gâche le plaisir. Il est aussi embêtant d’avoir des voisins qui jettent leurs mégots dans l’allée. L’agence a été peu réceptive à notre plainte concernant les cafards : on nous a conseillé de traiter, est-ce bien à nous de le faire ?

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön mit Ausnahme von Kleinigkeiten, wie beispielsweise das der Pool erst 1 Tag nach der Ankunft gereinigt & aufgefüllt wurde. Oder das es zu wenig Toilettenpapier und Abfallsäcke hatte. Ausserdem war der grill sehr dreckig & es hatte praktisch kein Holz. Im gross und ganzen war es sehr angenehm, eine gute Lage & tolles Haus. Wir hatten eine Gute Zeit. -

Lovely place!

Lovely place very spacious for us. Nice pool which gets sun a lot of the day. Easy to use kitchen and grill outside. The Wifi wasn’t always working but the TV was great. It was only a 5 min walk to the sea where you can jump off the rocks and a 20 min walk from the main beach Santa Ponca. A few shops nearby to buy food and restaurants were very nice and cheap. Great host would recommend! -

Prachtige villa!

Sehr schöner Außenbereich. Innen ist alles etwas altmodisch eingerichtet. Hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil wir hauptsächlich draußen unterwegs waren. Das fehlen einer Klimaanlage hat sich nachts bemerkbar gemacht. Es war unangenehm warm im Haus und hat den Schlaf gestört. Grundlegende Dinge, wie Salz und Pfeffer, waren wohl auf Grund von Corana Richtlinien nicht im Haus. Check in lief super reibungslos. Die Lage ist super. Mit einem Mietauto ist man in wenigen Minuten an den Stränden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. -
