Restored Majorcan house in the Colonia Sant Jordi, very spacious and cool, with sea views and a private patio. It is 20 meters from the nearest beach: Cala Galiota.
The typical Mallorcan house is in the Colonia de Sant Jordi, on the southern tip of Mallorca. The town is located near the best beaches on the Island including the renown beach of Es Trenc with its beautiful white sand and turquoise water. The house, completely renovated with charm, has wonderful views of Cala Galiota and the lighthouse. The front terrace, with its BBQ, dining area and hammock is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing summer evening. If you prefer the quietness of the off-season, the house has a large fireplace in the living room and heating in the bedrooms. It is fully equipped with all you need t enjoy your perfect vacation with family or friends. All amenities such as restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are very close by. The village also offers an olympic size swimming pool and numerous water sports such as kayaking, water-skiing, and sailing. The nearest golf course is just a 30 minute drive away.

Great, spacious appartment in great location

We had a great time in Colonia St. Jordi largely thanks to this beautiful apartment. Since in March it can still be quite cold, the electric heater in the bedroom was very welcome. Also we liked to sit outside to have our breakfast and watch the sea.

Wir haben jede Sekunde diesen wunderschönen Ausblick genossen

Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie hat alles genaustens erklärt und auf alles hingewiesen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Besonders schön war der Ausblick beim Kochen aufs offene Meer

Das Haus hat eine super Lage mit direktem Blick in die Bucht von Colonia. Frühstücken in der Sonne . Jetzt Ende März war es noch recht kühl und der Kleine Ofen war sehr wichtig, Montserrat hat uns großzügig mit Holz zum heizen versorgt und war beim chec-in sehr flexibel. Bei schlechtem Wetter würde ich die Heizung als zu schwach einstufen und auch wenn 3 Schlafzimmer vorhaden sind ist es nur für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche konnten zu Fuß und ohne Auto wundervolle Buchten oder den langen sandstrand Es Trenc erreichen.
