Villa Mastiano is a nice stone building with pool and WiFi internet. The villa / farmhouse / home has a total of three separate apartments. The property can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably in eight bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Villa Mastiano is located 790 m (2587 ft) from Mastiano, Italy and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings".

There is a group of four houses in the property , but only 3 of them are managed by us.

After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. After a busy day of sightseeing, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. Hayloft of the main farmhouse of about 80 square meters, renovated and positioned on one floor raised ground on the farm "Dante", equipped with outdoor area for outdoor dining with barbecue. The apartment is located above the rooms used as cellars of the farm.
On the mezzanine floor: living / dining room with fireplace and TV; kitchen with four burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher; 2 double bedrooms each with a French double bed (140cm.); 2 bathrooms with shower (toilet / bidet).
Comfortable furnishings. For guests, laundry in common with "Dante 3".
