Villa sul Lago is placed near the Lake of Chiusi, in a protected area of great interest.
From here you can go hiking, biking, horseback riding and boating. Using the old path foreseen for the maintenance of the Canale Maestro della Chiana, you can cover up to 60 km kilometers immersed in silence, in a natural track without any unevenness and particularly suitable for sports tourism family.
A short distance away the towns of Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Orvieto, Montalcino, Castiglione del Lago, Cetona, Città della Pieve, Paciano and Panicale. Lake Trasimeno is also only a few kilometers.
The place is famous for its thermal springs: S. Casciano Bagni, Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni. Very famous the natural swimming pools or waterfalls of hot sulfur water in Chianciano, S.Albino.
And after the rich choice in art towns and luxuriant nature, you can satiate your appetite with numerous food and wine trails, in fact the town has many local products such as Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, Chianti Colli Senesi. Extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. Terre di Siena, Pienza Pecorino, Chianina meat, Pici, the typical local pasta, and desserts like Cantucci and Vin Santo.
Finally, periodically to the guests, an introduction to tasting the olive oil, produced by the farm managed by the house owner, is offered.
This villa is surrounded by a large park with trees, rose and aromatic bushes.
From the pool, the view of the lake is spectacular. The perfection of the landscape enchants and gives guests the feeling of a relaxing luxurious and intimate stay.
Outside there is a roofed space equipped for outdoor dining by the pool.
There is also a barbecue, located in the garden near the roofed space.
This villa, built on the top of a hill, can accommodate up to 9 people. Its furnishings and details are elegant and well-finished.
You enter the house via an external staircase.
The house, on the first floor, is composed of:
- a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, moka pot and a dining table;
- a living room with fireplace, TV and a double sofa bed;
- two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower;
- a third bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower and a loft with two single beds.
Favoring biodynamic techniques, each room is equipped with two openings to allow the natural ventilation of the room.
The villa is equipped with insect screens in all rooms.
A tower at the center of the villa allows the observation of migratory birds.
A laundry room is available on the ground floor.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; use of mountain bike.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 110,00; heating on consumption € 6,50 per m³; firewood € 16,00 per 100 kilograms; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per day for a maximum of 5 days (children up to 12 years old exempted). Pets are not allowed.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
