Activities and Attractions:
A Boater's Paradise. 30 minutes from the St. Lucie Inlet. Enjoy great fishing here at the 'Sailfish Capital.' Popular year-round, the Sailfish shines in local waters in December through March and during the summer months, particularly June and July. From the adventure of a day of offshore fishing for Marlin, Dolphin, Sailfish or Wahoo, to the spectacular bass fishing on Martin County's western border of Lake Okeechobee, to the wide array of inshore fishing opportunities, there is literally something for every style of fishing enthusiast. Local charter boats available.

The county's beaches include individual access strips that allow for more private spots to enjoy the surf and sand or larger, guard-protected areas like Stuart Beach, Hobe Sound Beach and Sea Turtle/ Jensen Beach. The Bathtub Beach is a special spot for young families where small children can enjoy the surf with the protection of a reef that creates a wading pool adjacent to the beach. Building is located on the St. Lucie River and has an engineering office, CAPTEC Engineering, located on the second floor. There are 5 apartments located on the third and 4th floor for rent. Two Bedroom/ two bath with a balcony where you can see both sunrises and sunsets.

Condo was spotless and nicely decorated. Common room has a lot of open space. Great views of sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Building itself is very secure and also in a very safe area. Location is convenient to restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable condo

We love this place. It has marvelous sunsets and sunrises. Walking distance to downtown and many other restaurants. We walked to 2 nature preserves and I walked about a mile and a half everyday in different directions through neighborhoods and parks. Owner/managers are terrific.

Excellence at its Best

Couldn't have asked for a better accomodations if I tried. The condo is beautifully decorated, extremly clean and every amenity required for a long term stay, was included. We were there for almost 5 weeks. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Only 20 minute easy walk to downtown Stuart ( I am a walker) or a 5 minute drive if you are so inclined. If you don't want to head downtown, there are several restuarants within walking distance of the condo.Closest Publix grocery store is a 6 minute drive. My only real dissapointment is that the condo is not available for my next long stay trip. Thank you Trish for being such a great host.

Great location with a partial Waterview. The condo is on the 3rd floor in a very secure building.It was very clean and nicely furnished. Trish is a top notch hostess with excellent communications. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed the Stuart Area, for an entire month. So much to see and experience. The condo was so close to many areas such as the Historic Downtown area, shopping, etc.. We had 2 restaurants within a 15 minute walk for those who like to walk. If not, it was a 5 minute drive. Lots of beautiful marinas in the area. The downtown area had many great restaurants. Supermarket was about 1 mile away. Beaches were not that far away. A drive down Hutchinson Island with tons of beaches was a nice experience. The condo was very spacious and was extremely clean. The sunset views from the condo were spectacular. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We dealt mostly with Trish. We definitely would go back.

Spacious and spotless. Very comfortable and well equipped. Easy to get anywhere in the area from this St. Lucie River condo. Morning coffee watching the boats from the large private balcony. I really enjoyed my stay at Trish's property. Would absolutely stay again. The Stuart area is gorgeous.
