Positioned in the heart of a truly unique town on the Continent's most spectacular coastline, villa Farol is perfect for seekers of the outdoors and sea lovers.



The house’s garden which makes the most of the sun is bordered by fluffy shrubs and beautiful fences that were planted to provide effective privacy and shelter, while the terracotta walls add a splash of color into the space.



Much of the downstairs area is open-plan, allowing great conviviality. The modern kitchen has plenty of prep space and appliances to help make cooking delicious meals quick and easy.



Sagres, where wildly eroded, multicolored cliffs curve to the ocean, is primarily a surf destination, but there are sheltered pristine beaches for relaxing on, with plenty of elbow room.

Considered by many the finest location in the entire Algarve, this earth edge, known as “the end of the world”, applies fittingly for the most south-westerly point of mainland Europe.

Love the spaciousness of the house and the location, close to supermarket and the beach and easy walk to centre of town. Love the large communal kitchen/dining area, which is very sociable. Love the barbecue area and the pool area 19/07/25 The shower in the shared upstairs bathroom still leaks (it has done for the last few years) so the bathroom floor is wet after use.

We had an excellent week there, definitely needed a car to go to exploring with, but supermarket was round the corner, many eating places were a short walk away and a we walked to a couple of nice beaches. The villa was roomy and bright and the barbecue and pizza oven were great. We had a one and three year old with us so had to take care on the hard (slippery when wet) floors and stairs. check-out Apr 15, 2023

A perfect family gateaway in portugal

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Portugal! Traveling with our family (including young kids), we were looking for a place that was comfortable, spacious, and relaxing and this home exceeded all our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone. The garden and outdoor space were perfect for the children to play. We especially loved the terrace — ideal for family breakfasts and evenings under the stars. The location was also great: close to local shops, stunning beaches, and charming towns, yet quiet enough to feel like a true retreat. Our host were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Portugal! 15/06/25

Overall we had a great stay

Overall we had a great stay. The Villa manager Maria was lovely and so helpful. We have stayed in Sagres several times so we knew this would be a good area- within walking distance to the rest of town. The Villa was well equipped and clean. We were a group of 8 adults and a 1y/o. Some of the adults found the beds a bit uncomfortable, and there were only 3 bathrooms. I think the house would suit two families well but I would not stay again as a group of adults due to lack of bathrooms. The sun loungers BBQ and pool area were all fab. Unfortunately the dog next door barked all night and this affected our sleep. Also there were some issues with the drains in the bathrooms making loud banging noises at times. We stayed for 10N and so there was a mid stay clean which was excellent with all sheets/towels changed. Would recommend for perhaps two couples and kids due to the layout of rooms/bathrooms. Thanks to Maria for being excellent and for being so lovely to our son 😊

Casa excelente para 2 famílias com filhos

Gostámos muitíssimo do alojamento. As fotografias nas plataformas de venda são fidedignas à realidade. A Sra. D. Maria Matias mostrou-se sempre muitíssimo prestável, disponível e atenciosa. Partimos sem querer um acrílico de um quadro e um jarro de vidro e embora fizessemos questão de pagar, não nos cobrou o valor. A casa tem todas as comodidades que precisamos em férias. Localizada numa rua secundária com outras casas, usufrui de um silêncio e privacidade únicos. Os quartos são muito espaçosos todas as Casas de Banho têm janela e existem muitas varandas com diferentes orientações. A disposição da cozinha aberta com a sala está muito bem pensada. A iluminação está excelente, inclusivé a do jardim. A piscina muito bem tratada e localizada, não se sentido nunca vento nesta zona. O jardim envolvente está muito bem tratado. Tivemos um pequeno problema com lesmas minúsculas numa das casas de banho que foi rapidamente intervencionado pela Sra. D. Maria. Sugerimos a compra de 1 escorredor de loiça, de 1 batedeira e de bases para colocar panelas por cima bem como a reposição da lâmpada da piscina que deve estar fundida. Gostaríamos muito de voltar a reservar para o ano em Agosto e por se tratar de época alta os preços são demasiado altos para conseguirmos pernoitar 15 noites. Deste modo, gostaríamos de sugerir a possibilidade de ser aplicada alguma política de fidelização numa segunda reserva, tal como um desconto, tendo em conta um mínimo de noites reservadas ou uma antecipação de pagamento.

limite honnête

je pensais avoir loué une maison entière en payant au prix fort cette villa mais surprise en découvrant qu'une ou peut être même plusieurs personnes résidaient en retrait au rdc dans un studio discrètement aménagé (on pouvait les entendre discuter dans la chambre du rdc a travers une cloison de placo mal insonorisée manifestement) Nous avons trouvé cette situation quand même limite d'honnêteté quand on vous le dit pas... de plus la villa est très mal conçu dans sa fonctionnalité car les pièces de vie (cuisine ,salle a manger et salon)se trouvent a l'étage rendant l'accès à la piscine et à la cuisine extérieure compliqué. environnement pollué par les aboiements des chiens voisins la nuit. coté positif quand même avec une propreté irreprochable.

Cependant, votre évaluation ne doit pas être prise en compte car ce n'est pas la réalité Concernant les locataires que vous mentionnez, nous vous informons qu'il s'agit d'un garage avec une entrée indépendante où personne n'habite. Il n'est utilisé que très rarement par le propriétaire pour stocker certains biens personnels. Concernant la description de la maison qui est mal conçue, elle est exactement telle qu'elle est dans la description de l'annonce et sur les photos.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Sagres und dem Haus, es ist sauber mit einer tollen Zimmeraufteilung und einem schönen Außenbereich. Einzig die Küche könnte für 10 Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein (größer Töpfe, Schüsseln etc. ). Bei Fragen war Maria sofort zur Stelle und hat sich gekümmert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen wir würden wieder kommen!
