Stylish Villa with Private Pool in the Village of Pissouri

Enjoy the luxury and privacy of a 2 bed, 2 bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool, Cypriot style BBQ, set in a lovely garden. Furnished to a high standard the villa offers comfortable modern living, the Villa has a range of facilities including Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Gas Central Heating throughout, Satellite TV, Wi- Fi internet access and fully equipped kitchen.

There is a downstairs toilet / cloakroom for convenience.

Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fans and gas filled radiators, with direct access to a large terraced balcony with comfortable seating and sunbeds.

At the rear of the villa is additional balcony, this is accessible from the landing and offers beautiful views of the Troodos mountains, a lovely spot to sit, relax and enjoy the sunsets.

Downstairs is open plan living, with a comfortable lounge area, TV and Log Burner. Adjacent to this is the dining table and side cabinet containing books, games etc.

A well equipped kitchen with Dishwasher & Microwave.

The utility area has additional cupboard space and washing machine.

Located on the ground floor is the second shower room, with rain-shower, toilet & wash-hand basin.

The pool area has comfortable sunbeds and rattan table & chairs, to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The village square is a 25 minute walk, where you will find many restaurants and bars. The blue flag beach at Pissouri Bay is only a short drive away.

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful property. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful views and a short walk to the picturesque local town square with a selection of restaurants. The swimming pool was great and we enjoyed using the bbq area too.

Lovely Villa

Really lovely villa situated in a quiet area but still within easy reach of all amenities. Well presented and very clean. A real home from home. We travel frequently to Cyprus and this for us is by far the best that we have stayed in.Pissouri is a beautiful village with plenty of tavernas and an amazing amphitheater. The facilities at the beach were excellent with free showers, changing rooms and very clean toilets. We cant wait to visit again.Thank you

Very comfortable and well-equipped villa with all amenities. The hosts are helpful and good communicators and our only criticism would be the TV which was limited but believe the owners are working on that

A lovely villa in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, very comfortable and well equipped villa. The villa is in a peaceful location within a 20 minute walk of the village centre, where the restaurants were just opening up after their winter break during our stay. The pool looked lovely, but temperatures in March were a bit too low for us to brave using it! We would happily recommend a stay at Darren & Denise's villa.

Well appointed lovely villa. It had everything we needed for a good holiday.

Pissouri is a lovely village with lots of lovely restaurants. Our favourite was the Bunch of Grapes. We have been to the village before and love the fact that it is unspoilt. The villa was very modern and very comfortable. We had plenty of places to sit and enjoy sunshine and shade. The pool was lovely but cool, as it was October. Cyprus has so many places of historic interest it is a great place to visit.

Lovely Pissouri Villa

As with the previous reviews, this is a great villa, is well equipped and in a peaceful location. Pool is kept lovely and clean, and a choice of balconies to sit on in the evening with a bottle of wine and watch the world go by. The village square has a good selection of restaurants serving good food and bars with reasonably priced drinks. The Hideaway restaurant I would say is good value for money yet still good food and always a recommendation by locals when you see them eating there. Steakhouse by Michael is also a great place to eat but a bit more expensive. Would stay here again.

LOVELY VILLA IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION

A well appointed & thought out villa in a quiet location. It was one of the best equipped villas we’ve stayed in. The area is still unspoilt compared to the touristy Paphos. Plenty of nice restaurants to visit; Melanda Bay where the sea bass is a must, Michael’s where the attention to detail is faultless & The Two Friends for rustic fayre. The BBQ at the villa is good to cook on if you fancy staying in. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already booked to come back in September! Thank you Denise & Darren x

Amazing Cyprus Villa - Pissouri

The 2 week stay we booked in this amazing villa in Pissouri, Cyprus was everything we could have wished for. The Villa was very accurately listed and immaculately clean. A friendly atmosphere could be found in the village with excellent restaurants and amenities. Len the pool man came twice a week and was very friendly. We had a long awaited relaxing holiday and take our hats off to Darren and Denise for the Villa information pack and communication which made our stay so stress free. We would certainly visit again.

ANOTHER WONDERFUL STAY

This is our second holiday here & it was just as good as the first, if not slightly better. We settled in very quickly, knowing the villa. Our daughters hijacked our holiday & joined us for part of it. They loved it as much as us!! So much so, they want to join us on our return visit next year!! I think the fact that we are returning yet again, speaks volumes about the villa, location & surrounding area!! It is a piece of paradise in the sun, in a tranquil area with fab restaurants & tavernas to visit!!

Lovely villa in Pissouri

This is a lovely villa in a quiet neighbourhood ideal for a get away from it all holiday. Villa was well appointed with everything you might want, plenty of glasses and crockery with picnic wear for use around the pool. A lot of thought and work has been put into the property by the present owners. Swimming pool was a good size and well maintained. The cyprus barbeque was great and easy to clean. All in all we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone thinking of renting it. A.W.

Fantastic stay excellent villa

The villa was brilliant. Everything you needed was there - so thoughtfully prepared. It was in an excellent location, in easy reach of Limassol and Paphos. We enjoyed the pool and the BBQ area. The washing machine was a bonus - no washing when we get home. It was great to have beach towels for the pool area. The air conditioning was lovely too. The area of Pissouri was so nice with good restaurants and shops nearby. The check in instructions were clear too. Thank you so much for an excellent stay! We will be back!

Fantastic villa

This villa is the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in !!! Whatever you need just look in the cupboards and it’s there Pictures don’t do it justice air con is excellent & kept us cool even with temperatures in high 30’s Pool is perfect nice & clean Front & back balconies let you chill whatever your desires I didn’t really want to write this review because I would prefer to keep the villa my secret lol Thanks to Darren & Denise for making our trip excellent Cheers robin

Fantastic villa! Just perfect.

This villa was the best villa we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot. It had everything we needed, lots of sun loungers, a balcony for sunbathing, and shaded areas for when it got just too hot. Pool was always warm, and just the right size for us. Couldn't believe how quiet the area was, which was great as our kids have grown up now, and we like to just chill out on our hols now. The villa was unbelievably well kitted out, the kitchen had every utensil you could think of. BBQ was a great thing also, we used a couple of times. Would highly recommend to anyone that asks!

Fantastic week in Pissouri!

We have just had a lovely week’s break in Darren and Denise’s beautiful villa which has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is fantastic and really well maintained. The courtyard and garden are impeccable and the villa itself is beautiful, really well equipped and in a great location. Most people who visit Pissouri nearly always go back as it is such a lovely village with great character and superb places to eat. Will definitely go again. Fantastic

We stayed in Villa for 8 days at End of September, all I can say the Villa really makes you feel like your at your home. If you needed something it was already there for your use and more. It’s great location, just over 15 min walk to local Village Square, the beach was 10 min drive. We used it as base and went somewhere different every day as it is close to motorway you did not have any problems getting anywhere. The only thing I would say it needs, is safe in one of wardrobes so you can leave valuables there. We had fantastic stay and would recommend it.

Thanks to Darren and Denise - this was a lovely villa in a quiet location up in the hills just outside Pissouri village but with a car easily making Limassol and Paphos and all surrounding beaches very accessible. I played golf with my son twice at nearby Secret Valley GC which was exceptional. Cannot fault the villa - it has everything including a great pool and barbecue with sun loungers and balconies outside the bedrooms and at the back of the property. Loved it. Jeremy. Dawn and Rory

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

Beautiful villa with a fabulous pool and garden. A lovely quiet neighbourhood. 2 great balconies one at the back and front so one was always in the sun. A short walk to some great restaurants. A good supermarket in the town too. For us the other plus was that it was close to drive to all the wonderful Roman sites and the Trodos mountains and churches. Also a short drive to Paphos airport. The owners are great at communicating with you and supplying great information. The housekeeper is spot on too. Had 2 fabulous weeks here on our first visit to Cyprus. Another plus is that the Cypriot people are lovely. Can’t wait to come and stay when we visit Cryprus again .

Why they chose this property

We first visited Cyprus some considerable years ago, however it was a few years later we stumbled across Pissouri Bay, mainly due to the Columbia Beach Resort. We subsequently had two holidays staying at the resort, it was only on our second visit we became aware of Pissouri Village and the square, we immediately fell in love with the atmosphere and friendly people. With ample restaurants and bars to visit and the convenience of local shops. We decided it was a place we could happily spend more time visiting.
Luckily for us our Villa was new to the property market; it was in pristine condition and a lovely residential area, within walking distance to the square. We have made a few alterations to the property, the addition of the pool, balcony, utility room and downstairs bathroom. In the future we plan to spend more time at the villa so we have every intention of reinvesting any rental income to keep the Villa in tip top condition, for you and us to enjoy!

The villa is incredibly well equipped. We pride ourselves on comfortable beds for a good nights sleep, a peaceful location giving you an opportunity to relax. We believe our villa offers a home from home feeling.
