Villa Nausicaa is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private heated pool featuring a relaxing bench and a Jacuzzi. It is located at Hestiades Greens Village (House 15), in the heart of Aphrodite Hills, facing the 1st hole of the golf course, with spectacular views from the upstairs terrace. The villa is fully furnished and includes private parking, a patio, and a gas grill.

This comfortable two-bedroom villa is fully furnished and features a private heated pool (water heated to 30 degrees; available upon request for 350€/week) with a relaxing bench and Jacuzzi, a patio, and a gas grill. Wi-Fi is available, all rooms have full air conditioning (including heating), and high-quality bedding, towels, and beach towels are provided. There is private parking, as well as a first-aid kit for your safety.

The living room features high-quality furniture, including a three-seater sofa and one armchair, a flat-screen LCD TV, and IPTV streaming.

The dining area has a table with four chairs. French doors open onto the patio, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing dining experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. It also features a full selection of tea, a Nespresso coffee machine, a milk frother, and a blender. A wide variety of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils are provided.

A marble staircase leads up to the master bedroom. The room is equipped with built-in wardrobes and a king-size bed with nightstands. The French doors open onto the private upstairs terrace, which is furnished with a table set for four to enjoy fabulous sunsets. The en suite bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower and side screen, as well as a toilet and vanity units with a sink.

The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and features its own shower with a side screen and toilet facilities. It has two single beds with nightstands, built-in wardrobes, and French doors leading to the private pool area.

Outside, the property is equipped with high-quality dining furniture, four sun loungers, and a gas grill. The central pool creates a sense of tranquility and relaxation with its heating system, a bench, and a Jacuzzi.
