This three bedroomed villa, with 2 bathrooms, large pergola and 9x5m private pool (completely refurbished in 2022) is situated on an upmarket small development in Pissouri Bay, Cyprus. Natural stone patio work and mature garden gives an established feel to this fully equipped property. The air-conditioning, ceiling fans and gas fire in lounge area, ensures that the house is suitable for an extended season. The house is located close to mini-supermarkets (75m), restaurants (100-200m), beach and watersports (250m). Broadband internet and flat screen TV now installed. Generally good wind conditions for intermediate level sailors. 3 golf courses (including the championship course at Aphrodites Hills) are 15 -20 minutes by car. Pissouri Bay is easily reached from Pathos airport (25mins) and Larnaca airport (85mins). The traditional village of Pissouri with car-free center, amphitheatre and numerous restaurants is set on the nearby hillside about 2.5miles away (about 8 euros by taxi). Large supermarket on outskirts of the village. The property is also gated front and back and has a glass safety screen between the villa and the pool .

This villa is superb, fantastic location at the bay very close to the restaurants, bars and beach and only 5/6 minute drive to Pissouri village. The villa is very well equipped with everything you would need for a very comfortable stay.. communication with the host is second to none and the villa is well looked after. The pool is spotless and well maintained through our stay. Will definitely be visiting again we had an amazing time.

Lovely villa and Pissouri Bay was the perfect location for our family holiday. Our kids adored the pool and eating out at the local restaurants, particularly the pizza place - recommend as the staff are so friendly! It was our second stay at the villa it is very well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was divine. The villa is very well placed just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants or a short taxi ride to Pissouri village. The owners have left really good instructions on how everything works and communications with the owner we’re excellent. Thank you very much and we can’t wait to return soon

Peace and Tranquility - What a beautiful holiday

From start to finish, Alison was only to pleased to offer advice, and replied extremely promptly to any questions asked. The villa is superb with everything you could wish for. The pool is divine, and was very welcome in the warm weather. The villa is in a lovely location, and our wish for some peace and quiet for a week certainly came true. Will will certainly return, and cannot recommend this property and host highly enough. Thank you so much.

Lovely villa in a perfect location

Villa Sakara is just as described. It’s spacious and well equipped. The pool is delightful. Everything was very clean. The owner is very helpful and the couple who look after it called in on the first day to make sure all was well. Pissouri Bay is just a few hundred yards away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars offering a good range of food. There’s a grocery shop in the bay and a supermarket in the village which is a couple of miles away. We had a great stay and can thoroughly recommend it.

Fabulous and very special place

We are very sad to have to leave Villa Sakara at the end of our Holiday. We wanted to do something a bit special for Christmas and this villa had everything we could possibly have needed and more. Sadly the weather was a bit tempromental but then it was December, and the owners of Sakara can't work weather miracles. But that certainly didn't stop us enjoying the Villa, the scenary and Pissouri area. We stayed over Christmas and there was more then enough kitchen stuff for us to do a proper roast dinner, and the wonderful open plan meant we were all able to enjoy the day together. The owners were extremely attentive to our needs, and kept in contact from booking through to leaving at the end, I'd certainly recommend staying here, and I really hope to do so again in 2020! The only drawback was when we had to say byebye. Thank you, and can't wait for the next visit.

Maison très agréable dans une petite station balnéaire

Pissouri Bat est une station balnéaire de petite taille calme, avec des restaurants, des commerces et un hôtel de luxe. Le quartier est très calme, la maison entièrement avec air conditionner, piscine bien entretenue.. Comme la maison et le jardin. Il y a une table de ping pong, des jeux de sociétés, et tout le confort moderne d'une maison. Les propriétaires sont charmants, La mer est à 250 mètres environ....location à recommander.

What a little gem, tucked away nicely in Pissouri Bay, walking distance to beach, waterspouts, restaurants. Short drive to old village with great little square where you can watch the world go by. Big supermarket at great value and easy drive to Limassol/Paphos and Troodos. Villa has 3 large bedrooms, one on suite and one family bathroom. Large kitchen dining area with TV, Air con and fans. The pool is lovely and set in lovely secluded garden. Lots of sun lounger room and beds. Perfect for the kids and ideally situated in the quite part of the bay.

fabulous location within walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants serving excellent reasonably priced food. The Villa has everything you want and need when away from home. Very comfortable,spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. I would recommend for any family or friends as a holiday that can be as peaceful and relaxed as you wish or filled with activities. There are many interesting and scenic places to visit in the locality. I can't recommend highly enough.

Villa Sakara had everything you needed for a superb holiday, including all facilities from WFi to a table tennis table.The pool was great,and to our delight the garden was fantastic(much more impressive than the pictures of it), being very 'green fingered' I thoroughly enjoyed the local flowers/foliage.The location was great for the beach and local restaurants which were of a high standard especially the local indian restaurant. The village up the hill was very quaint and had lovely restaurants and a great supermarket A great holiday was had by all, everything was very slick,we would all definitely go again.

I live in the North West of England with my husband and 3 sons. We holiday in Pissouri 6 weeks a year and let the house at other times to help with the running costs. The villa is set up as our second home rather than a commercial 'let' and I hope that this is reflected in the experience of guests who stay at Villa Sakara.

Why they chose this property

We bought the house in Pissouri after an extensive look at property across southern Cyprus.We loved the combination of the family friendly peaceful location, the bustle of the nearby village square, the restaurants, sailing, golf and the beautiful beach.

What makes this property unique

The villa is very well located so that if guests want to simply enjoy the sun and relax for a week, they can access everything they need within 200m. The mature garden now provides good privacy and the extensive covered pergola area extends the living space significantly - which is great when you throw a large barbeque for a couple of families. I would encourage everyone to visit the village to eat in the evening, at least once in the week, to really get a feel for Cyprus.
