A short 3 block walk to the pristine beach of Delray and its Atlantic Ave district lively restaurants, boutiques, and music, The completely renovated unit i(August,2016) is meticulously maintained. Newly remodeled and professionally landscaped, with tropical gardens, night lighting and private fenced gated courtyard with umbrella, table & chairs & lounging furniture, etc..plus new gas grill. Bring your bikes or rent from a great rental shop -just 1 block away.
The living room has a clean, comfortable coastal feel with a white slipcovered sofa and comfy chair plus natural teak side tables and white washed accent furniture. For entertainment there is a 50 inch flat screen/Smart TV with premium cable, on demand movies, and a variety of entertainment.
The open, airy floor plan includes a fully equipped custom. kitchen that opens to the outdoor living area. The breakfast bar has glass pendant lights and track lighting that brightens the working part of the kitchen. Custom cabinets with under cabinet LED lighting coordinate with Cambria quartz counter tops and sleek contemporary back splash. The new stainless appliances and cabinets come fully stocked with coastal serving pieces for all of your entertainment needs.

We have been vacationing in Delray Beach for five years and found it to be so different from all the other Florida towns. We wanted to invest more of our personal time here so purchasing the villas seemed like the perfect vantage point from which to get to know the community even better. We have our own businesses and that makes it easier to work from Delray or Washington, D.C. as needed. Each villa is equipped with high-speed Internet access to enable our guests to do the same. We have owned beach homes since 2005 and our philosophy is to furnish them the way we would furnish our personal home and to have guests enjoy them the way that we do. We have found that guests appreciate the feeling of being at a cosmopolitan beach home, relaxed and yet elegant with attention to detail. We vacation in Martha's Vineyard every year, so when we chose this home we created an environment where people who are used to those vacations could relax and enjoy the same elegant, relaxed style in sunny Florida.
