Awful sewerage smell

AWFUL...please be aware, this property is a scam, the whole house stank of of sewerage..the house alarm went of on arrival...with no instructions how to disable...no welcome book....damp throughout...appauling owner...we had to check out the smell was so bad. The owner gave us no offer of another accomadation and no refund....yupi company is a disagrace...our children were very distraught with an alarm going off all Night and cameras in the property flashing all night..

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your message. We are very sorry for the problem with the alarm. There isn't any instructions as it's very easy to use... just put the magnetic key close the alarm it will be disabled (no pin codes, so much easier). Anyway, we added the instructions rear the entrance door, just in case. Also, we inform guests before their arrival. On another hand, please, let us inform you that the house is cleaned by a professional company and is checked again by one member of our team and the owner in order that everything is in good order before your arrival. Also, there is no dump at this house (just environmental humidity of the Island, like each other house of Mallorca near the sea), the walls are white and without mold (no humidity). On another hand, in our opinion the owner is very friendly (just, he doesn't speak English) but he worries and take care of the house. Everytime something happened, he has solved any issue very fast. Apologize us for the problem with the alarm but we were unable to do anything more to help you. We are sorry that you don't liked the house, but it's like the pictures.
