Villa con jardín a 150m de la playa

Beautiful villa of 120m2 with terrace and garden with table, chairs and parasol where you can sit and will allow you to rest, making the most of the perfect climate of the island.



The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary, a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light thanks to the large windows that overlook the fabulous terrace.



It has two bathrooms with shower and three very bright bedrooms:



-1: Double bedroom.

-2: Double bedroom.

-3: Bedroom with two single beds.



The house is located in Playa de Muro, a quiet area by the sea but at the same time very well connected, by car it is located just 5 minutes from Alcúdia and Ca'n Picafort, where you can find a great variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... And the beautiful white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. It is a perfect place to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.



The villa offers free WIFI for our customers.



Check-in and check-out are flexible, provided there are no other bookings, in which case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.



-If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.

Schönes Objekt aber zu nahe an der Hauptstrasse

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Leider hört man den Autolärm der Hauptstrasse sehr deutlich obwohl sich das Haus in der zweiten Reihe befindet. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und man würde sich als "Flugtourist" ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung wünschen, z.b. Spülmittel/Spüllappen/Trockentücher. Die Bettlaken reichen im September/Herbst nicht mehr aus, da würde man sich wünschen, dass die Decken welche im Schrank zwar vorhanden sind nicht komplett modrig riechen und somit nicht verwendet werden können. Die Lage zum Strand, welcher wunderschön ist, ist perfekt - kurzer Weg.

Einfach aber gut

Das Haus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Übergabe unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war Sauber, aber zb. sollte in der Küche die Gardinen dringend getauscht und die Aufhängung gereinigt werden. Im gesamten Haus hat es stark "Muffig" gerochen. In den Schränken konnten wir unsere Bekleidung nicht aufhängen/legen , weil es auch dort sehr "Muffig" gerochen hat. Der Grill im Garten war derart verrostet , das man beim Grillen damit rechnen musste, dass das Grillgut auf den Boden fällt. Der Garten und die Aussicht der beiden Terrassen ist wirklich schön...aber warum wird dieser nicht nur ein bisschen gepflegt ?? Die Unterkunft würden wir eigentlich weiterempfehlen, da die Lage wirklich Super ist. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt und Restaurant sind fuß läufig schnell zu erreichen. Schade, dass diese kleinen entscheidenden Dinge die Freude getrübt haben.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Lage: Gute Strandnähe, Autolärm der Hauptstraße hörbar Haus: Groß, gute Aufteilung, Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, Küchenequipement muss dringend erneuert werden, Fenster und Türen renovierungsbedürftig, Bäder und Garten gut bzw i.O.. Kontakt: Sehr nett, es hat alles gut geklappt.

Maison a à peine 150 m de la plage de Muro, longue plage de sable fin et eau magnifique, commerces et restauration ... à proximité. Endroit dynamique mais quartier calme. La maison est pratique est proche de tout. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette villa et aux Baléares . A recommander +++++

Das Quartier ist in einer kleinen Siedlung mit Ferienhäusern und eigengenutzten Häusern. Hotels sind weitab. Versorgung (Geschäfte) und Strand leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einrichtung solide, mehrere schöne Möglichkeiten im Freien zu frühstücken (Terrassen - mit Schatten oder Sonne, wie man es braucht).

Villa in gepflegtem Wohnquartier, wenige Gehminuten vom Sandstrand

Das Haus entsprach im wesentlichen unseren Erwartungen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zahlungsabwicklung und die Übergabe des Hauses waren problemlos, Anfragen wurden umgehend und freundlich beantwortet. Entgegen den Angaben aber kein Satelliten-TV und somit keine deutschsprachigen Sender, was für uns ein wesentliches Kriterium für die Wahl der Villa gewesen war! Die Badezimmer sind recht neu, die Möblierung und Einrichtung der übrigen Zimmer ist zusammengewürfelt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso die Küche. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage in einem schönen, gepflegten Villenquartier in kurzer Gehdistanz zum wunderbaren Sandstrand in einem überraschend wenig belegten Strandabschnitt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als noch genügend.
