The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has an area of ​​28 m2, has air conditioning, heating, LED TV, safe, stainless steel kitchen utensils, emergency lights.



The Palazzo Signorile was built over one hundred years ago and completely renovated in 2016. The apartment has an independent entrance and is ideal for accommodating up to four people. If you want you can rent two apartments, on the same floor in order to obtain up to 6 beds with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Corso Bernardo Mattarella is one of the two most important streets of Castellammare where the Palazzo del Municipio, the Villa Comunale, the ancient palaces and the most renowned clubs in the city are located.
