Lovely, clean, functional apartment, perfectly located to take in the beauty of Matera. Patrizia is a great host, very responsive and helped us arrange a transfer too.

Perfection

It was a wonderful stay and convenient to everywhere I wanted to explore. Parking was a huge concern for me but the garage that I parked at was a beautiful ten minute walk from the flat. The best linens I’ve slept in in a long time! Patrizia met me with ease and checked on me throughout my stay. My only suggestion would be to change the ottoman for a small loveseat, but when I wasn’t out exploring, I was sleeping so there wasn’t much downtime. Absolutely wonderful stay!

A perfect base to explore Matera

Beautiful location in old town, great views of area from balcony. It was easy to communicate with Patrizia, she even gave us a map and some tips to explore the city. We had a great time staying at la casa di gio.
