We have just come back from spending a week at this villa. We had the best holiday. Lynn is the most wonderful host you could ask for and nothing is too much trouble. She was extremely helpful from the first contact we had all the way through. We will most definitely be back. The villa is homely and clean. The heated pool was made full use of. Lovely local restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Lynns villa, it was perfect for our little family, everything had been thought of which made it really relaxing. Perfect spot too!

We stayed at this villa for a total of 9 nights. It was very comfortable, clean and well appointed.Upon arrival the host met us at the villa and was a wealth of information. She was very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay.The pool area is lovely, We had the pool heated for our stay, but as it turns out, the weather did not cooperate while we were there.I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful villa with private pool near beach and golf courses

We highly recommend this lovely villa, conveniently situated near the beach, golf courses and restaurants. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Situated in a quiet and safe area, the view of the pine trees from the pool adds to a relaxing experience. Very responsible host. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay

Lovely villa, great outlook from terrace and pool. Clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Close to Dunas Douradas with lovely larger pool, and 15 mins walk to great beach with many restaurants. Use of local electric bikes was a bonus. Lynn has covered everything!

Great property in a lovely location

A lovely 2 bedroom property in a great location. Pool was fab, lots of little extras. Dishwash tabs, washing detergent, cooking condiments and some essentials on arrival. We would highly recommend this property for a stay and hope to return soon. Lynn was a lovely host and recommended some nice restaurants and made us feel very welcome. Thank you

Algarve Villa

This is a wonderful two bedroom villa located in the Vale do Garräo district of the Algarve. The location is close to the beach, local shops, restaurants, golf and tennis facilities. The property is well equipped and highly suitable for a couple or small family. There is a south-facing back patio with a swimming pool. Our host Lynn was personable, very responsive and informative about the property and the area. Highly recommended.

We were a family of 4 , mum and dad and 2 daughters aged 20 & 22 , the Villa really is outstanding . Starting with kerb appeal - it sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and the directions and map co-ordinates issued by the host are a must to drop the pin on if you are using Uber/Bolt . The villa is south facing which captures the sun all day at the rear pool area and has a scenic view of trees from the rear . Inside it is immaculate and a great layout , kitchen has all the mod cons you need , bedrooms bright and both have a/c units as does the main living room. The host is fantastic , very friendly and approachable , and very prompt in replying to any queries. The info folder in the villa is so detailed , everything you need is in there . We stayed for 6 nights and did not have a car by choice , so we used Uber/Bolt to get around to local restaurants etc , you can walk to the beach approx 15 mins , our local was Maria’s - rooftop bar and restaurant - a must ! We will definitely return here - fantastic all round value for your money .

12 days of bliss

Can't say enough positive things about our visit this summer. Firstly, Lynn was such a great host, offering fantastic advice on how to get the most out of the trip and area. Communication was perfect throughout. We chose not to hire a car and we definitely didn't need it. The location is great for a short walk to the beach, or a few euros in an Uber if you've a lot of stuff to bring and don't fancy the walk uphill back. The electric bike system in the area was also wonderful for nipping to the supermarket. In fact Uber's anywhere are so cheap and the drivers really friendly, especially when we had two energetic kids with us. The property is in a wonderfully quiet and clean location. We spent most time in the pool and the addition of the kids' section made us feel extra safe. Plenty of room in the pool for adults to have a decent swim too. The rooms were all spotless, facilities easy to use. The extra TV in the downstairs bedroom was very much loved by the kids too. We'll be looking to book again in the future for sure.

Vale do Garrao

The villa was in a great location, good size pool for non swimmers and it had everything we needed. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute walk to the club where there is a good size pool, tennis courts and a restaurant. All very relaxing and enjoyable.

Wonderful long rental.

My partner & I like to get away for a 4 week break in winter. Early last year we decided on The Algarve for our 2019 trip. We had stayed in of Lynns villas a couple of years ago, we didn’t hesitate to contact her to see what was available for us. We chose Villa Pinhal. It suited our needs , 2 beds 2 showers ,good outdoor space etc. In reality the villa is a beautiful home from home space. Comfortable, well equipped, excellent showers with plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything anyone could need. Full size oven..glass hob. Plenty of dishes/ glasses / cutlery/ pans ... A dishwasher,washing machine & a large fridge freezer . The living area is very comfy..and there is large table & 6 chairs for indoor dining. The house is air conditioned which can be used as heating & Lynn provided fan heaters for the cool evenings indoors. The bedrooms are agood size, very comfortable beds ,good quality bed linen , duvets and throws for chilly nights.plenty of wardrobe space & hangers! Large sliding doors in all rooms ...so plenty of light. This villa is in a great location & south facing..what more could we want! Oh....it has a fabulous pool !!!!! There are plenty of bars / restaurants within a 20 minute walk & one of our favourites is just a few minutes walk round the corner. We highly recommend Villa Pinhal. And Lynn is a wonderful host...we didn’t have any problems at all. Booking was straightforward...the contract for our month was plain & simple. No hidden cost for anything. If you choose one Lynn’s villas.... Enjoy.

Clean, comfortable with personal touches made for a nice stay.

Everything was in good working order. Nice personal touches made the difference with condiments/useful kitchen products provided so that you didnt have to go out and buy them. Villa was very clean. Bed was comfortable and it was so quiet at night that we had great nights sleep. The appliances that we used were in good working order. Pool and outside are maintained to a high level.

We had a fantastic time at this villa . We had small children and they adored the pool .

Lynn was such a great host & made every effort that we settled in (with the welcome pack) to little treats for the children . The villa is so comfortable and feels like a home away from home . All I can say is we are definitely coming back !!!! 😀

Fantastic Villa

Just enjoyed a fabulous week at the villa. Lynn the owner was extremely helpful and we were able to have an early check in which was a bonus! The villa was extremely clean and fully equipped with everything you would need - a truly home from home. We had the outside pool heated and it was just so good and would definitely recommend. Einfach nur super!!!

Wir haben die eine Woche nur genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Küche ist ausgestattet wie zu Hause. Wir wurden durch Lynn sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen eine super Einführung des Hauses und der Umgebung. Aus dem oberen Schlafzimmer haben wir jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang über dem Pinienwald genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Lynn, dass wir uns bei Fragen immer an dich wenden durften.
