Our villa is spacious & light offering accommodation for upto 6 people with private pool, air con, broadband and 2 hours maid service per full week.

Furnished to a modern, high standard it offers broadband internet access, a very well equipped kitchen, large lounge with 75 inch flat screen smart TV & DVD, leather sofas & fireplace with log burning stove, dining room with extending table to accommodate 8, 3 double/twin bedrooms (two with balconies), 3 bath/shower rooms & ample storage space.

The garden offers small private pool with spacious patio, barbecue with dining patio, further 'quiet' patio area, ample garden furniture & electric sun awnings. A child proof gate and fence separates the pool area from the rest of the outside area.

The use of air conditioning & heating to the swimming pool carry extra charges for guests who wish to use them.

Located within easy reach of all resort areas & only 10-20 minutes from many of the golf courses & other leisure facilities the Algarve is well known for, the villa is an Ideal holiday venue for families, golfers, sporting fanatics or just sun and beach lovers.

Resort Facilities: Two Championship Golf Courses, Tennis Academy with eight hard courts (four of them floodlit) and four floodlit artificial clay courts our Tennis Academy is one of the largest in Portugal. It’s also home to six floodlit padel courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a pro shop and a bar and restaurant. The Royal Spa has a gym, sauna, steam and massage facilities.
