We had a very good stay. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable for all ages. The pool was smaller than expected. The location is good for exploring the Algarve.Kate was very responsive to a few minor issues and very helpful.

Great stay! The villa had everything you need for a splendid week. Jacuzzi, swimming pool, barbecue... Kate provided all the necessary information and was very friendly. We are Portuguese, and we know the whole Algarve, but this holiday will remain in our memories.

Excellent villa, exactly as described, very clean and spacious, any questions before arrival answered in very quick time. Pool/ Tub guy came 2nd day, cleaners came day 4 for towel change etc. Plenty of towels for pool side, a very well stocked kitchen, all the TV channels you would want. All round fantastic experience.

This is a brilliantly located and equipped villa, which comfortably accommodates 2 children and 6 adults. The pool area is small but still provided tonnes of fun.Safe, secure and immaculately presented, this was our second visit and we will be back!

Villa Flores is an excellent place to spend a week or so. Fully equipped, enough space for 6 comfortably, nice views from the rooftop terrace and hot tub, lots of birds in the pine trees out back near the BBQ. Very responsive property manager and competent housekeeping.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful property with all the comforts of home. Our long stay allowed us to visit lots of places within Vale Do Lobo and surrounding areas. Great location for sport and relaxation.

Host was VERY helpful, we locked the keys inside when we had gone out for an evening event, and Kate arranged for someone to unlock the villa and leave the keys in the key box.The villa itself was amazing, the only fault was that we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up, which certainly didn't ruin our holiday, as we had events to attend most evenings.The location is a little out of the way but Bolts were not expensive and were very reliable.Cleaners and Pool man were also were friendly and efficient.

Immaculate villa

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s Villa. The villa is super clean and modern, with everything within a 3 minute drive away. Pool was heated for us and the hot tub an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the showers were great. Amazing BBQ which heated up quickly. Absolutely perfect week away!
