Zum positiven: Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und informativ. Check in war gut, Antonio der die Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Erläuterung zum Appartement machte sprach leider nur italienisch, aber er war sehr freundlich und mit Händen und Füßen funktionierte es gut. Das Apartment war wirklich sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Location war wirklich sehr schön.Nun zum negativen: An allen Fenstern der Unterkunft waren keine Fliegengitter angebracht was es unmöglich machte in der Nacht zu lüften. Die Duschabtrennung und die Fugen der Badewanne waren total verdreckt...kein wirklich schöner Anblick. Im Schlafzimmer fielen jede Nacht Farbreste von den lackierten Holzbalken. Der Pool war bei der Ankunft sehr verschmutzt und wurde auch während der kompletten Anwesenheit ( 4 Nächte) nicht gereinigt. Alles in allem war unserer Meinung nach der bezahlte Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Gemischt.Sehr gut: Zentrale Lage, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Siena, Cortona, Arezzo Pienza). Gepflegt, schöner Pool. Antonio ist die gute Seele des Hauses, freundlich, hilfsbereit und scheinbar immer fröhlich.Gut: Ausstattung des Hauses (wir haben im kleineren Poggiolino) gewohnt.Nicht gut: Zentrale Lage, direkt an einer wichtigen Regionalstraße. Also Ruhe in den Hügeln der Toskana hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt... Und:Im Schlafzimmer (UG) war es sehr warm (bei hohen Außentemperaturen). Fenster/Tür offenlassen war wg. Spinnen und Kleinsäugern keine gute Idee. Insektenschutzgitter waren nicht vorhanden (bzw. an einem Fenster, aber beschädigt).Im OG gab es eine Klimaanlage, aber auch kene Insektenschutzgitter, so dass das Durchlüften abends nur bedingt möglich war. WICHTIG! Gas, Wasser und Strom mussten wir extra bezahlen, obwohl wir lt. Reise- und Zahlungsbestätigung sowie auf telefonische Nachfrage von FeWo direkt die Rückmeldung hatten, dass es inkludiert sei. Die Vermieterin wollte einen gesonderten Vertrag darüber. Sie konnte es zwar plausibel erklären, aber erst bei Abreise und auf unsere Nachfrage. Wir wissen somit nicht, bei wem der Fehler liegt. Und wir hatten nur die Info über den Stromverbrauch; wie sich Gas, Wasser und Außenstrom zusammensetzen, könnten wir nicht überprüfen. Und die "Kurtaxe" mit 1,50 p.P. muss auch vor Ort gezahlt werden.Fazit: Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen, es gibt aber einige verbesserungsfähige Punkte.
