Questa villa ha un'enorme potenziale. La dimensione degli spazi è molto ampia, una grandissima zona giorno, 3 ampie camere da letto e 2 bagni, oltre che una cucina abitabile separata. Tutti gli ambienti (a parte i bagni) sono dotati di climatizzatore, c'è tutto quello che serve, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, televisore grande, macchina del caffè. Ci sono anche dei balconi grandi e un enorme giardino, o meglio dire, terreno. Alcune "chicche" come la consolle videogiochi in salotto che ha divertito i ragazzi, e il campo da tennis che comunque non ho utilizzato. Ci sono anche dei margini di miglioramento, non vorrei chiamarle "note dolenti" perchè se questa casa fosse stata perfetta, il prezzo sarebbe stato fuori budget. Il proprietario è una persona molto garbata e disponibile, gli posso suggerire una maggiore cura della casa che per alcuni aspetti è un po' datata, e degli spazi esterni che ora come ora sono poco sfruttabili, ma sicuramente, tornerei volentieri in questa casa. La zona deve piacere, è vicinissima alla spiaggia e ci sono anche ristoranti e bar raggiungibili a pochi minuti, ma la qualità della spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi non è all'altezza della media in Sardegna (ma comunque in macchina si possono raggiungere belissime spiagge in pochi minuti)

Ottima villa
La villa si trova a Flumini ed è molto bella e spaziosa. All' interno si trovano tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali. Le camere sono luminose e spaziose. Certo, a Flumini c'è poco da vedere, ma alla sera si dorme bene e nel massimo di mezz'ora si possono raggiungere altre località e spiagge bellissime. Ad una distanza di circa duecento metri si trova comunque la spiaggia di Flumini, anche questa bella. Il mare è poi quello della Sardegna e quindi ogni parola spesa è superflua.

Walking distance to the sandy beach,supermarket ,tennis court,,very safe neighborhood, all rooms have quiet a/c, 2 balconies,very equipped kitchen,manager is very friendly,parking is free but you really don’t need a car ,taxi from the the airport is a good alternative
