Very comfortable villa built on one single floor with a magnificent garden with a swimming pool of 12x5 m. and complete privacy, bordering on the open country side.

The house has a large living-dining room with cold/warm AC, 4 spacious double bedrooms of which 2 with bathrooms ensuite, a light study with a double sleeping sofa and its own bathroom, a fourth full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large veranda with comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table seating 10.

There is air conditioning in the living-dining room, while all bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heaters.

There is an exterior service area with its own entrance and a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a full bathroom.

The garden has a big swimming pool with deck chairs and an outdoor shower, and offers complete privacy.

Family friendly

We stayed in Sotogrande with our children and grandchildren and had a lovely vacation. There was enough space for everyone and we all enjoyed the outdoor amenities. The location is close to downtown but away from it all for peace and quiet. A great stay!

Amazing!!! The pictures of the property on VRBO look amazing but it was even better in real life. The group loved the space especially the the back garden!

A bit tired

Large bungalow with bedrooms everywhere! It really needs updating inside as it feels that it hasn’t been touched for years. Mold around shower being a classic example. However, the outside areas are very good with good furniture. It was fine for four golfers! The service from the agents was excellent, although having to meet their representative at the end of the trip was a bit of a pain.

As for the interior of the house, as is clear in the pictures of the ad this is not a newly refurbished modern house (if it were we would have charged you a much higher rent!). But as our other guests testify in the wonderful reviews they have left us, it is very comfortable and spacious, and indeed with a wonderful garden and very well located.

Lovely family villa in excellent location

This villa was the perfect set up for our family and in a great location in Sotogrande. The area is a quiet suburban area only a few minutes from the tennis club and Trocadero beach club. A short drive from an excellent supermarket. In the villa there was a safety fence for the pool which gave piece of mind that the children were safe. A sand pit and play house also provided lots of entertainment. The villa has a nice, relaxed family feel to it. Perhaps a little more tired looking than the photos. It is largely well equipped in terms of facilities. We are used to bbq’ing when on holiday but the bbq was very small so we mainly cooked in the kitchen. A very enjoyable stay all in all.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días estupendos en esta preciosa casa. Cerca de la playa y muy bien comunicada para comprar, pasear por el puerto; la urbanización muy tranquila. Lo más bonito el jardín y la piscina; el interior de la casa, baños y cocina algo más tocados. Sólo dos peros: la parcela no está cercada por lo que no es posible ir con perros o niños traviesos (nosotros tuvimos que hacer un apaño yendo al Leroy y poniendo una verja) y pese a cobrarnos un extra de limpieza por llevar un Jack Russel, cuando nos recibieron en la casa no estaba realmente impecable; se notaba que había estado cerrada. Si somos exigentes tiene que ser por las dos partes.

Me alegro María que te gustó la casa! Hemos ido desde hace muchos años con niños pequeños y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema con el hecho de que no estuviera vallada la finca. El jardín es enorme y está cerrado, además al haber piscina siempre es recomendable mantenerles a la vista a los niños pequeños. En cuanto al perro, como no tenemos, no nos dábamos cuenta de que podría ser un problema, lo siento! Hemos trasladado tus comentarios sobre la limpieza a nuestra asistenta, que se ha comprometido a esforzarse aún más en el futuro. Gracias por todo. Viveca

Beautiful and warm home

It is a wonderful home, cared for very well and very well suited for families with children. Every space was very well appointed, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. It truly felt like a home of a very loving family. Even though we were the first guests, there were absolutely no glitches or teething issues. The location was superb - right off the highway (yet no disturbances), in a gated community, with all facilities and even a great beach just 1km away. The pool area faced a wooded area, affording a high level of privacy, and also keeping one very close to nature. Viveca was super-helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property.
