Tolles Haus mit super Ausblick

Ausblick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnbereich ist wunderschön.. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Die Dusche im Master Bedroom wird nicht richtig warm

CASA ESPECTACULAR CON SERVICIOS MINIMOS

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es el tamaño de la casa, muy grande y muy luminosa Sin embargo tienen muchas cosas q mejorar Lo peor de todo es el problema que tiene de presión de agua, en algunos momentos tan escasa, que apenas cae un hilo de agua, no se pueden duchar 2 personas a la vez , ni poner la lavadora o lavavajillas mientras te dichas y la temperatura del agua ea un poco templada, no llega a ser caliente, ahora en verano no es necesario, pero se agradecería un pelín mas caliente La limpieza muy justita, al igual que el menaje de la casa, todo muy justito y de una serie de lo más sencillo… con el precio q tiene la casa, podían cuidar un poco más esos detalles

Gracias por su reseña, aunque consideramos importante aclarar algunos puntos que, a nuestro parecer, no reflejan con objetividad la realidad del alojamiento. La presión de agua puede variar en ciertos momentos puntuales del día debido al sistema general de la zona residencial, especialmente en temporada alta. No es un problema exclusivo de la casa ni permanente, y lamentamos que haya coincidido con su estancia. Aun así, al recibir su aviso, se revisó la instalación y no se detectaron fallos internos. Sobre la temperatura del agua, el sistema está regulado para ofrecer una temperatura adecuada y segura. En verano, como bien indica, la necesidad de agua muy caliente disminuye, aunque siempre buscamos un equilibrio funcional. Respecto al menaje, ofrecemos un equipamiento estándar completo, suficiente para estancias de ocio, y atendemos solicitudes adicionales cuando se nos comunican. En su caso, se le facilitó una tostadora nueva, que aunque de tamaño compacto, cumplía su función. No obstante, tomamos nota para mejorar este aspecto. Nuestro compromiso es ofrecer una experiencia agradable y funcional. Lamentamos que sus expectativas no se hayan cumplido del todo, pero también defendemos la calidad y el esfuerzo constante que ponemos en cada detalle del alojamiento.
