This 1-bedroom beachside retreat offers two comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and a fabric sofa sleeper in the living room—perfect for a couple, small family, or a girls’ weekend getaway. The living room includes a ceiling fan and a 42” TV with a DVD player, while the bedroom also features a ceiling fan and a 42” TV with a DVD player for added comfort and entertainment.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee—perfect after enjoying fresh seafood caught right off the beach at Holiday Surf. The beautifully updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a tall toilet for added convenience.

The location of this condo is ideal for listening to the waves and watching dolphins from the covered balcony. Step out the front entrance and walk down just one flight of stairs to access your car, outdoor grills, the pool, or the short pathway leading directly to the beach.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
