Imagine relaxing on your private balcony on one of the two chaise lounges—sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or enjoying breakfast at the table with breathtaking views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This stunning Gulf-front unit makes every moment memorable!

Condo 603 has been thoughtfully updated for comfort and style. The living room received all-new furniture in December 2025, including a plush couch and powered recliners with lumbar support and swivel/rock feature, complementing the 75” SMART HD TV with HD cable and the SEC Sports Channel. The master bedroom now features a brand-new Sterns & Foster, king mattress for ultimate comfort, along with a 55” flat-screen TV and SMART Blu-ray DVD player. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper with memory foam mattress, making this unit ideal for up to 4 guests. Tile floors run throughout the unit, and remote-controlled ceiling fans in the master and living room ensure a cool, comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a pantry for groceries, a Keurig dual 12-cup coffee maker with K-Cup combo, and now includes a convenient 10 quart basket air fryer for quick and easy meals. The bathroom has been updated to a shower-only layout for a modern, spa-like feel.

Step outside to enjoy the sparkling pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard, with complimentary equipment available at the front desk. You’re just steps from the private beach, with complimentary beach service from March through October, including two chairs and an umbrella per day.

Please note: Unit 603 is not available for long-term Snowbird rentals.

Great Condo and Location

We eat in a lot & had to go & buy a cookie sheet so I could make cookies. Everything else was great & nicely updated. Especially loved the recliners. Us “old” folks like to relax & put our feet up when we sit & relax.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was updated magnificently. The bathroom was as well, limited only by the original walls making it smaller than modern designs. Our party also had a 2 bedroom unit, but the 1 bedroom unit felt bigger. Higher floor units closer to the ocean have the best views but also the most stairs and/or steps (which is fine for adding steps to your health tracker. The beach chair/umbrella service spoils you wonderfully. All in our group of 9 loved all the facility had to offer.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small issue in the bathroom on our first day and the maintenance staff and cleaning staff were quick to respond and fix everything. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club is the best location on the beach. It was quiet, relaxing, just an overall great stay. I almost don’t want to say too many nice things, because if everyone knows how wonderful it is, it will get too popular! But honestly, I have nothing but good things to say. Great location, great condo, wonderful visit - we will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. This is by far our favorite room so far. Planning on returning next year.
