Inspiration and relaxation await you, at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Destin, Florida. Unit 404 is a completely remodeled, fourth floor beachfront vacation condo with detail and sophistication to exceed all your expectations.

This beach retreat is two bedroom and two bathroom with incredible Gulf views from within and from the overlooking balcony.
Sleeping up to eight guests, unit 404 features a King size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo décor has been completely renovated with ocean and beach inspirations: There is tile flooring throughout, all granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and dining for eight, not to mention the spectacular views!

Additional amenities include a dry bar with beverage/wine fridge, 65'' flat screen TV in the living room with DVD/Blue-Ray and hook up for gaming platform. The Master bedroom features a 45" flat screen TV and the guest room, a TV with DVD.
The en-suite Master bath is detailed to perfection with vessel sink and walk in shower. The guest bath also includes a bath/shower combination and vessel sink.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for comfort and relaxation. We welcome you to share in the experience of gulf front views, white sandy beaches, spectacular sun rise and sunsets... and every now and then, the grace of dolphins gliding through the ocean waves... PARADISE awaits.
