A bedroom with two single beds each and with air conditioning. In addition to a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR: It has a terrace with stunning sea views and a parking space for one vehicle.
LOCATION: Without a doubt, this apartment has an unbeatable location, just a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants and the center of Calpe. The sandy beach and restaurants are just 10 m away. The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and the center of Calpe is 450 m away.
