Single storey villa, next to the tennis court, 250 m from the beach of Altura. Excellent access for the disabled. The villa has a front and rear garden with independent access and plenty of privacy. Both gardens are sunny and verdant, very pleasant. The house also has terrace / solarium on the 1st floor with complete privacy.
It has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and the living room.
It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room connected with very generous areas. The villa has two fantastic porches for relaxing or dining with plenty of shade and sun. Has barbecue in the back garden.
Cable TV and free wifi.

Great location!

We stayed at Altura cottage for 10 weeks from October 2020. It's located in a residential area of Altura just 5 minutes from the beach and village centre, meaning that we could walk everywhere! Although it was the 'off season' there were enough bars, cafes and restaurants open to give us plenty of choice. The beach is fantastic and we enjoyed daily walks along the coast. The owners were excellent. They own other properties in Altura and visit regularly. We had a couple of appliance problems and they got those sorted out very promptly along with providing local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return!

Schönes Reihenhaus in strandnaher Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vermieterin war sehr gut zu erreichen. TopLage für Strandgänger. Bäcker in der Nähe, alle anderen Lebensmittelmärkte wie PingoDoce, ALDI oder Intermarche schnell erreichbar.

Herrlicher Urlaub

Wir verbrachten drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus und genossen bequeme Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, den hübschen Garten und die drei Terrassen, die je nach Geschmack viel Sonne oder eher Schatten boten. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und schnell, und das Meer mit dem endlos weiten Sandstrand war nur einen Katzensprung vom Haus entfernt. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Ein kleines Paradies

Der gesamte Eindruck des Hauses, von der Lage, von der Aufteilung der Zimmer, mit den zwei Bädern und der gut ausgerüsteten Küche war hervorragend. die hinten liegende Terrasse mit dem kleinen Garten bot sich hervorragend zum Frühstücken, Kaffee trinken, Sonnen und Abendessen an. Der Weg zum Strand über die schön angelegten Holzstege war ebenfalls ein "highlight". Wir waren jetzt 10Jahre in Manta Rota gewesen und müssen sagen die 5 Wochen in dem Haus war die schönste Zeit für uns. Vielen Dank dafür!

A Gem of a Place

A gem of a place both the villa and its location in a very quiet part of the Algarve. The villa was well equipped and there was lots of lovely outdoor space including a roof top terrace which was a sun trap. We came in the winter and the town was fairly quiet but some restaurants and cafes were open. Our hosts were very good communicating with us and had left lots of useful information at the villa

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Und wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Haus befindet sich in einem gutem Zustand und wurde durch die Installation von 2 Duschbädern wesentlich aufgewertet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Überdurchschnittlich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit grosszügiger Kücheneinrichtung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Geschirr für mindestens 8 Personen), alle Zimmer klimatisiert (warm/kalt), ideal für 4 Personen. Schöne ruhige Lage in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit angrenzendem (öffentlichem) Tennisplatz und einer Skaterbahn für die Jugend. Sauberer, weitläufiger Strand in der Nähe, der zu langen Spaziergängen einlädt. Absolut empfehlenswert. .

Relativamente ao estacionamento, basta abrir o pequeno portão e desviar a rega para o lado, pode entrar com o automóvel sem dificuldade, é muito simples. Foi pena não nos ter dito, teríamos explicado/ajudado. Quanto aos colchões, alguns hóspedes não gostam de colchões macios outros não gostam de colchões rijos, é mais difícil para nós corresponder. Temos muito gosto em que volte para a nossa casa e ficamos muito satisfeitos por ter estado uma semana de praia fantástica. Se precisar de late checkout no dia da saída esteja à vontade, não há limite de hora Cumprimentos Abílio

Casa agradável muito bem localizada, uma excelente semana!

Passamos uma semana de ferias excelente, a casa é realmente muito perto da praia e tem uns espaços exteriores muito agradáveis. Recomendo para quem tem criança(s) pequena(s) - como é o nosso caso - pois a casa encontra-se preparada para receber a pequenada, que aproveita bastante o espaço exterior, que não sendo muito grande é perfeitamente suficiente. O quintal tem privacidade e consegue-se estar "de olho" nos mais pequenos enquanto brincam. Para o espaço ser perfeito sugeria fechar o poliban por completo, fazer um upgrade ao atual churrasco/barbecue e colocar um colchão melhor na cama para bebé que se encontrava na casa. Note-se que nenhuma destas situações contudo condicionou o grande prazer que tivemos com a nossa estadia. Recomendo.

Lovely home in a perfect location!

This well-kept home is the perfect getaway for your eastern Algarve holiday. Everything you might need is provided. The free wifi worked flawlessly, and the recently remodeled kitchen was well stocked. A great place to relax.
