The house was tastefully renovated in 2016 and offers all the comfort and equipment necessary for your stay.
Access to the seaside is 300 meters away.
The beaches are accessible by car and by the seaside path (the nearest is 500 meters on foot).
The villages of Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, are equidistant from the house, races on foot or by car, it's up to you.
The property is closed by an electric gate and protected by an alarm
