About this property

Cottage between the Cap Gris Nez lighthouse and the beach.

On the Cap-Gris-Nez site (200 m from the lighthouse) classified Grand Site de France, we suggest you stay in our charming comfortable cottage (good mattresses: new quality bedding, dishwasher, ...) nicely decorated . The nearby beach is accessible by a path.
Located in the heart of nature, our cottage is the ideal starting point for walks to the beach (possibility of connecting Tardinghen, Wissant and Cap-Blanc-Nez by the beach), hiking on the cliffs to discover the charms of the nature (especially bird migrations).
Our house has two sunny terraces surrounded by flowered gardens with table, chairs, and garden chairs.
Inside, on the ground floor, there is a living room with equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, combined oven, dishwasher) and living room (with TV) as well as a bathroom with renovated bathtub. Separate WC. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom on the mezzanine with a very comfortable double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90).
Pets are not allowed.
We rent by the week (in medium and high season) from Saturday to Saturday.
Out of season (at 57 euros and 66 euros / night), electricity is invoiced in addition (per KW consumed - two-hour meter).

Sfeervol huisje in prachtige omgeving

We waren aangenaam verrast met dit huisje. Het is klein, knus maar heeft vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt. De voorzieningen waren ruim voldoende. De omgeving is super, op loopafstand van het strand, het dorpje en bezienswaardigheden rondom de vuurtoren.Top: - Een kleine badkamer maar met bad! Dat was heerlijk na lange dagen wandelen. -Uitgebreide keuken met 4 pits elektrisch kookstel en vaatwasser!- Grote koelkast- Koffiezetapparaat- Het bed was erg comfortabel- Parkeren voor de deur, voldoende plekOm rekening mee te houden:- Kleine wc, als je lang bent kan de deur moeilijk dicht bij het zitten.- Geen wifi, soms slecht bereik met de telefoon- We hadden 1 avond probleem met warm water, is uiteindelijk makkelijk op te lossen maar was niet duidelijk welke schakelaar de boiler reset.- Geen bankstel (wel voldoende stoelen) - Er is een blueray speler aanwezig, je kan evt films kijken als je blueray dvd's meeneemt. De tv zenders zijn (logisch) allemmaal Frans.- De mevrouw waar de sleutels opgehaald worden spreekt enkel Frans. Ze is super vriendelijk en probeert zoveel mogelijk te helpen. Door een vertaalde sms te sturen ipv te bellen als je geen of slecht Frans spreekt maak je het jezelf veel makkelijker :) Bovenstaande heeft ons zeker niet gehinderd tijdens ons verblijf en we hebben werkelijk genoten. Kan wel handig zijn om rekening mee te houden.

A basic little house gives the rest and quietness I needed.

Rustige omgeving in april, maar misschien niet in toeristisch seizoen door bezoekers die naar Cape gris nez rijden. Meeste voorzieningen liggen 10 km van verblijf. De streek is mooi en groen en overal zee. Spijtig dat ik het huisje niet voldoende warm kreeg omdat de electriciteit apart te betalen was. Had geen idee hoeveel het zou kosten. Geen wifi werd me pas gezegd na de boeking werd afgerond.

Mevrouw, Wat de elektriciteit betreft, vermeldt de verstrekte informatie duidelijk dat een forfaitair bedrag is inbegrepen in de huurprijs en, zoals de meeste huurders, hebt u dit forfaitaire bedrag niet overschreden: er zijn dus geen extra kosten voor elektriciteit ondanks het feit dat u vroeg in het seizoen verbleef (april). Wat wifi betreft: door onze uitzonderlijke ligging op Cap Gris Nez bereikt de wifikabel ons niet. Het is echter wel mogelijk om 4G op te pikken (inbegrepen in het EU-telefoonpakket). Maar de uitzonderlijke omgeving, tussen de vuurtoren, Cap Gris Nez, het strand en het uitzicht over de baai van Wissant en Cap Blanc Nez, is een geweldige plek om uit te schakelen.

Gezellig huisje, foto’s wat misleidend

Klein maar gezellig huisje. Voor 2 personen oké. Wat ik enigszins misleidend vind is dat de foto’s suggereren dat het de rood witte huisjes vlak bij het strand zijn. Er staan namelijk geen foto’s bij van de buitenkant van het huis en dat is heel anders. Weinig buitenruimte, ingesloten en echt wel wat verder dan de gesuggereerde 1 minuut wandelen van het strand.

Onze advertentie is niet misleidend: de foto's tonen duidelijk een huis met zwarte luiken, niet met rode. Je kunt ook de buitenkant zien en de advertentie geeft aan dat er 2 terrassen zijn. De gps vermeldt 1 min lopen naar de Cap niet naar het strand (11 min lopen over de weg en nog minder over het pad). De opmerking klopt dus niet. Bovendien is er geen huis met rode luiken op 1 minuut van het strand van Cap Gris Nez...

We hebben genoten van een week op Cap Gris Nez. Een gezellig huisje, voorzien van een kleine maar complete keuken en met een fijne badkamer. En een prima bed! Een fijne plek om de prachtige kust te ontdekken.

VACANCES AGREAGLES

Un endroit calme comme nous recherchions avec beaucoup de belles visites autour. Le logement est bien équipé. Attention pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas se passer de connexion internet ! Le logement n'a pas le wifi... ce qui permet une connection avec la nature et de s'éloigner des tracas de la société. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances, une belle découverte de la côte d'Opale.

een top locatie om de streek te verkennen ! Mooi vissershuisje !!

Een echt vissershuisje ,alles was er wat er nodig was . Binnen voldoende plaats ,heel mooi servies ook, alles in het huis in teken van de zee . Mooi bed ,kamer met weer die zee aankleding .Terrassen voor en achter . De maar = moeilijk om het huis warm te krijgen met de elektrische vuurtjes .Zeker bij betalen om die warmte te krijgen . De haard mochten we door een probleem niet aansteken en die gaf ook een rare geur af . Buiten was het 10 a 13 graden zodoende warmte nodig binnen . Het was heel goed gelegen om de caps te bezoeken ,jammer van de maar !!

Fijn verblijf op een prachtige locatie

Gezellig huisje met een fijne buitenruimte. Het huisje is een geschakeld huisje in een buurtschapje vlak bij het strand en Cap Griz Nez een werkelijk prachtige locatie! Je kan direct vanuit het huisje mooie wandelingen maken. De schoonmaak moet je wel zelf doen. Voor herhaling vatbaar Monique en Klaas

Erholsame Tage mit viel Flair

Nettes Häuschen in sehr guter Lage, alles wie beschrieben. Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber gemütlich. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Einrichtungsobjekte könnten ausgetauscht werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtige locatie

Prima huisje met fijne keuken, goede douche en goed bed. Krap toilet. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit slaapkamerraampje. Fijn terras. Heerlijk dat je vanuit het huis zo naar het strand lopen en kunt gaan wandelen , erg mooie omgeving.

Prachtige plek!

Een leuk huisje op een prima plek, je loopt de deur uit en je kan al wandelen. Een heerlijk bed in een mooi grote zolder. Het enige nadeel vonden we dat op moesten letten op de elektriciteitskosten, anders moedten we veel bij betalen.
