Nestled at the quiet edge of Rethymno Town, the residences offer a rare balance of seaside tranquillity and urban vibrancy. Designed with a contemporary coastal aesthetic, both homes embrace a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, ideal for sun-drenched mornings, relaxed afternoons, and golden-hour dinners overlooking the sea. External Living | Beachfront Pool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining

Each residence unfolds across approximately 100m² of private beachfront outdoor living space with direct access to the beach. Two private swimming pools (each 18m², 6x3m, 1.20m depth, non-heated) sit moments from the shoreline, offering refreshing dips framed by uninterrupted sea views. Sun-drenched terraces feature bespoke double sunbeds and stylish lounging areas, while guests also enjoy reserved private sun loungers directly on the beach. Fully equipped outdoor kitchens in both residences—featuring sink, mini fridge, and electric BBQ—create the perfect setting for relaxed meals by the water. Sea-facing decks provide breathtaking sunset views, offering front-row seats to the sun dipping behind the Fortezza Fortress each evening. Both properties are accessed directly from the main road, ensuring convenient arrival.

Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Designed on single-level layouts and spanning approximately 145m² each, the residences blend modern comfort with understated coastal elegance. Light-filled interiors, natural textures, and fluid open-plan designs create effortless connections between indoor living and the beachfront setting. Refined furnishings, contemporary amenities, and dedicated work areas ensure both comfort and functionality throughout. Each residence accommodates up to six guests in real beds, with the option to host two additional guests on sofa-bed configurations formed by two single sofa beds within one bedroom, plus two children on sofas in the living areas—making the dual property ideal for larger families or groups travelling together. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while additional shared bathrooms off the living areas provide extra convenience. Family bedrooms include flexible sofa-bed arrangements with discreet separation and mini fridge features for added privacy. Baby cots can be accommodated in selected bedrooms upon request. Accommodating up to 16 guests in real beds and the two sofa beds, plus up to 4 additional children in the living-area sofas, the residences comfortably host a maximum of 20 guests.



Entire Villas Located on the Ground Floor
Each Residence Includes: Living Room with comfy sofa & 65” Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool & outdoor dining area • Shared bathroom with walk-in shower • Two premium double bedrooms with spacious double beds (1.70 x 2.00), 43” Smart TV, desk & direct access to the outdoor area, each with en-suite bathroom (one of the them featuring a double sink) and walk-in shower • Family bedroom with spacious double bed, 43” & 32” Smart TVs, desk, and a sofa-bed configuration formed by two single sofa beds, one of which pulls out, discreetly separated from the double bed for added privacy.

**Please also kindly note that the Residencies offer an additional fee of 58 euros per guest/per night, for more than 16 guests. The maximum capacity is 20 guests.
