DUPLEX apartment with SEA VIEW only 10 meters from the sea!

This duplex apartment is located at the beginning of Stobrec sea promenade. Distanced only 6 km from the Split center and Diocletian's palace, and only 50 meters from the beach. Apartment has a great view on the sea so it feels like you are on a cruise ship when sitting on the terrace!
This is a duplex apartment. First floor consists of kitchen, dining area and living room with great sea view on the sea, beach and Stobrec bay, a bedroom (17 m2) with double bed (1,80x2,0 m) and a baby cot on request. On this first floor there is also a storeroom and a bathroom with shower bath and a big terrace.
Wooden stairs goes on the second floor. There are other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms (18 m2) is looking on the sea and has it's own bathroom and a big terrace. There is a king size bed (1,80x2,0 m). Other 2 bedrooms consists each of 2 single beds (0,9x2,0 m) and have 1 large bathroom. These beds can be joined if needed for a couple.
Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture and loungers. There is a parking in front of the house and also a garage spot on request.
Apartment is located on the second and third floor of the building and because of that has a breathtaking view.
Large beach that holds a blue flag (in Croatia it stands for clean beaches and sea) is only 50 meters from the apartment. This beach is visible from the terrace. Large grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop, beauty salon and a bookstore are on the ground floor of the same building. There are lots of restaurants only 100-200 meters from the apartment.

Great place to stay while visiting Split

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stobrec! The place was perfect. The location was perfect. We are a family of 5, 3 adult children. We stayed for 8 days. The apartment was a great size. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed for some meals at the house. Having the beaches within walking distance was great. We rented stand up boards in the beach out front. I highly recommend!

Simply perfect

The home is so well laid out and comfortable for families. We traveled with one other couple but both agreed it would be great for us snd our kids. View is so pretty, it was nice to just sit outside on decks and enjoy Croatian air. Host was very helpful with answering random questions we had regularly about local things. Many great restaurants and chill beach within 5 minute walk. Simply an amazing experience that was away from really busy tourist crowds but quick to access lots of sites! We will be going back with kids.

Rates as "the best" by everyone in our family

Everyone in our group of 7, including my elderly parents and my two young children had rated the house and the location as "the best". We loved spending an evening on the balcony and watching the sea. The morning and the breakfast time was enjoyable, as everyone could easily fit into the kitchen/dining room, and if we were missing milk or eggs, the store was just downstairs, 2-3 minutes away. So was the beach, of course, and it was one of the best beaches in the Split area. Host is increddible thoughtful and had been a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you very much! I wish we could go back soon again!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch und sehr sauber, der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch Die Stadt Split ist nur 6 km von der Wohnung, die Stadt Omis ist 18 km entfernt, sehr schöne Städte, wenn sie die Städte besuchen werden sie es nicht bereuen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Excellent apartment with stunning views.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean and well maintained with good facilities. It had a stunning sea view out towards the island of Brac in the distance. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket below the apartment. Would definitely recommend it to others.
