The apartment is on the first floor of a listed building of the early 30s. Enjoy a minimalist apartment, with just the right mix of classical design and industrial elements. Well-chosen objects d’art and the industrial floors help bring together these two architectural styles. Take a sip of your favorite drink, while spectating the mesmerizing city view from your balcony. When you need to, mute the city sounds and slumber soundly on the high-thread-count sheets of the king bed.

The studio is located on the first floor in a well preserved, block of flats built in 1930`s and you can either use the stairs or the elevator.
The compination of elemens of classical architecture and industrial style creates a bright and spacious place.

This listed 1930s apartment block is only a two-minute stroll from Syntagma Square and within walking distance of Plaka, Monastiraki, and Thission. Specialized neighborhood shops sell everything from buttons and door locks to local cheeses.

The nearest metro station is in Syntagma square where you can pick line 2 and 3. However, you’ll probably enjoy walking to any spot of interest:
- Syntagma (Parliament) square / National Gardens - 2 min
- Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro) - 10 min
- Aeropagitou pedestrian axis / Acropolis Museum - 10 min
- Plaka - 10 min
- Acropolis - 15 min
- Exarhia / National Archaeological Museum - 20 min
- Monastiraki - 3 min walk

If you enjoy jogging, the National Gardens are only a 2 min walk from the flat. Another alternative is the beautiful pedestrian axis of Aeropagitou, running along the Acropolis hill, 10 min walk from the studio.
If you wish to take a swim in the sea, you can use the tram from Syntagma Square and reach the seaside of Athens in about 45 min.
