A 4 bedroom terraced house in small and quiet complex just 5 minutes walk from el Campanario shopping centre. The house is on 4 floors; ground floor has large terrace with dining area, living room, toilet and fully fitted kitchen. back terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. lower ground floor has 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower and terraces and washing machine. The first floor has double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) and terrace. The second floor has double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) and balcony.
There is a communal sweet water swimming pool (not heated).

Spacious, comfortable villa close to the beach

We had a marvelous stay at this villa. There was more than enough room for our party of eight. All day long you can find places in the sun or the shadow and if you like, the beach is close by, including a lounge bar with live music for drinks and relaxation. I highly recommend this villa and will probably come back myself in the future.

Ruime vakantiewoning dichtbij het strand

In januari 2023 verbleven we met 6 volwassene in de woning. De woning was ruim en schoon. Tijdens het verblijf van 10 dagen werd er halverwege ( dag 5) nog een keer gepoetst, de bedden en de handdoeken verschoond. Er zijn geen horren aanwezig in de woning, daardoor hadden we met name op de slaapkamers op de eerste en tweede verdieping veel last van muggen. Let op borg altijd via Vrbo overmaken en niet rechtstreeks naar de eigenaar

Thank you very much for your review and positive comments about your recent stay in Villa Tinajas. Regarding the mosquitos, we do provide a mosquito plug with liquid in every bedroom of the house. These usually work very well when switched on through the evening and overnight. Mosquito nets do not work for most people, they also end up with holes in them very easily, which renders them useless. It is indeed correct that 500 euros is with held by VRBO as a damage deposit. Through other booking sites that do not do this, we take this money directly which was done on this occasion, in error, but returned to you without a problem. Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren im Oktober 2022 mit 2 Familien in dem Haus; das Haus ist wirklich blitz-sauber und hat eine tolle Raumaufteilung; Küche ist neu, Einrichtung neu, Betten super; sehr schön auch die 2 Terrassen. Zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten zum Meer und wenige Minuten in die Innenstadt, dabei komplett ruhig gelegen. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, aber das ist Kammern auf hohem Niveau. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely villa

The villa was plenty big enough for 7 of us. All rooms were spacious and good furniture. Beds were comfortable and the outside spaces were great. Lovely big outside table Villa has a dish washer and washing machine which was useful. The kitchen was well kitted out also. We normally had the swimming pool to ourselves so very quiet In terms of location, couple of minutes to the beach and 20 mins to centre of Corralejo Could be improved by providing a safe, towel rails and also sorting out the patio door which is impossible to lock Check in time is 4pm which is very late when you have an early flight. We were allowed to go at 12.30 and leave our cases but weren’t allowed to get changed. We arrived back at 15.50 and were told to wait on the pavement outside for 10 minutes and eventually we were allowed in at 4pm on the dot. I know it’s a big villa to clean but customer service did seem to be lacking Overall I would definitely recommend this villa and Corralejo as a destination

Thanks for your review and we are glad that you enjoyed the house. indeed check-in times are displayed online before booking; unfortunately we do need 4-5 hours to clean the entire house as its is very big with lots of outside terraces! Normally we do not allow bag drops as most people want to change, look at house, use bathrooms etc and when we are cleaning this delays us considerably and we do have other properties to tend two and clean too.... When you arrived back in the afternoon you were slightly early and we were still washing the floor! we do not use a key lock system but meet and greet all our guests; we met you twice in one day which i do in fact consider OK customer service! if we can let our guests in earlier we do... but if we have had a departure that day then it's not possible.... once again thanks for your positive review of the house. regards The Team
