Set within half an acre of private grounds in the heart of the Vendée countryside, the property is ideally located between La Roche-sur-Yon and La Tranche-sur-Mer, putting beautiful sandy beaches, family attractions and charming local villages within easy reach.

The farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their stay.

Two of the bedrooms benefit from their own private en-suite shower rooms, each with two showers, while there is also a separate family bathroom with a bath – ideal for larger groups and families with children.

All of the bedrooms have doors opening directly onto the patio areas, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the peaceful countryside surroundings from the moment you wake up.

At the heart of the house is a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need for preparing family breakfasts, leisurely lunches and evening meals. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, particularly handy for longer stays.

Outside is where the farmhouse really comes into its own. Two large patio areas overlook the surrounding countryside and are furnished with sun loungers and wooden tables, providing plenty of space for al fresco dining, relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying an evening BBQ.

There is a further patio area beside the garden within the courtyard, as well as a large private garden with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the French sunshine.

A spacious private courtyard provides off-road parking for several cars.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire farmhouse and its grounds throughout their stay.

This includes the large private garden, courtyard, three patio areas and private parking, so you can settle in and make the property your own for the duration of your holiday.

Bed linen and towels are not included within the standard accommodation price.
