It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville sur mer (5km) and Tranche sur Mer (5km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1km accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or by the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A swamp area completes the immediate environment of the place. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison. Il ne manquait de rien. Le superbe jardin est entièrement clôturé, ce qui était idéal pour notre chien. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit ganz besonderer GastfreundschaftWir als fünfköpfige Familie mit unserem Hund haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem rustikalen, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienhaus ausgesprochen genossen. Alles war gepflegt, aber angenehm wohnlich - perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Drei Schlafzimmer und ein viertes - abgetrennt durch einen Vorhang - boten genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Mit zwei Badezimmern plus Dusche gab es genügend Duschmöglichkeiten, einzig mit nur einer separaten Toilette musste man sich etwas absprechen. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts, sogar in der Küche waren erstklassige Küchengeräte zu finden.Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war herzlich, persönlich und aufmerksam. Zur Begrüßung standen frische Eier, Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten, Wein und Brioche bereit. Nach einer Woche wurden wir sogar noch einmal mit frischem Gemüse und Eiern aus eigenem Anbau beschenkt – eine wunderschöne Geste.Auch für unser Elektroauto war bestens gesorgt: Eine Wallbox stand zur Verfügung und uns wurde freundlicherweise eine Ladekarte überlassen. Die geladenen Kilowattstunden wurden selbstverständlich separat abgerechnet.Besonders begeistert haben uns der liebevoll gepflegte Garten und als absolutes Highlight der Jacuzzi. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Séjour en famille parfait !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille !!! Cette maison ravie petits et grands et même notre chien qui a pu profiter d'un espace clos. Luc est un hôte parfait qui s'assure de notre bien être. Donc vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu.

Irréprochable

Le propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse et d’une générosité extraordinaire. Une grande confiance est accordée à nous locataires. Confort et bien être sont les maîtres mots de cette villa. Il ne manque rien, des équipements en nombre à la déco à tomber par terre, tout est parfait !

Wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe vom Strand

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Luc. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders die Abende vorm Kamin haben wir sehr genossen. Auch der Garten mit dem Whirlpool ist ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Coup de coeur

Beaucoup de charme pour cette belle habitation . Un vrai coup de coeur autant à l'intérieur que dans le jardin , s'y poser avec un livre au milieu de ces belles plantes. Intérieur décoré avec goût et authenticité, de belles ondes s'y dégagent Il ne manque rien, tout est parfait ! Accueil bien sympathique et généreux de l'hôte.

Großartiges Haus in toller Umgebung

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir wurden sehr angenehm empfangen, sogar Eier, Kaffee, Marmelade, Brot war für uns besorgt, so dass einem ersten Frühstück nichts im Weg stand. Ideal mit einem rundum geschlossenen Garten, so dass der erkundungsfreudige Hund frei laufen konnte. Toller, bereiter Strand in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar, alternativ 5 min mit dem Auto. Jakuzzi ist ebenfalls toll für zwischendurch. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen hier sehr genossen, top!

Maison charmante, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est tout cloturé , bien arboré, très agréable. Salon de jardin, transats et jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Le propriétaire est charmant, attentif à ses hôtes et très disponible dès le moindre soucis. Les petits produits du terroirs offerts à l'arrivée marquent un accueil ultra chaleureux. Adresse validée et à recommander.

Einfach wunderbar / Merveilleux

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch in dem toll bepflanzten Garten finden sich unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten . Im Jacuzzi haben wir nach langen Radtouren wunderbar entspannen können. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich den netten und hilfsbereiten Eigentümer, der uns mit so leckerem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten und Eiern seiner glücklichen Hühner beschenkt hat. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um zum Strand zu kommen aber auch, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Depot de pain liegt direkt um die Ecke, noch ein großer Pluspunkt. Bis zum nächsten Besuch! La maison est une vraie coffre a tresors! Jolies decorations, meubles modernes de bon gout. Cela s'applique egalement pour le jardin. Le jacuzzi etait un grand confort apres les balades au velo. Un grand merci au proprietaire pour les legumes de propre production et les oeufs produits par ses poulets heureuses. M. Belen etait tres gentil et serviable. La maison est idealement situee. La plage n'est pas loin (5 minutes en voiture, 20 minutes a pied). Le Marais Poitevin est juste a la cote, comme la foret cotiere. Le depot de pain se trouve au coin de la rue :un autre point positif. A la prochaine fois!

Sejour au bois des cosses

Un havre de paix proche des bois et de la mer, c est la 1ère fois que nous emmenions notre chien en vavances et il s est très bien habitué à la villa. Logement spacieux, ressourçant et agréable, à la deco raffinée. Le proprio est aux petits soins et très à l écoute. Très belle expérience pendant ces 15 jours.

Luc est disponible et formidable La maison est parfaite confort propreté fonctionnelle sont au rendez vous Jardin très agréable Une plancha top pour le bbq Le plus un super jacuzzi bien sympathique pour se détendre en fin de journée Toujours une eau bien chaude pour les douches et un bon chauffage pour les soirées fraîches N oublions pas une Excellente CONNECTION wifi pour le travail et un écran géant pour regarder de bons film avec la chrome cast 10 sur 10

Maison au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Luc. Celle-ci est spacieuse, lumineuse, entièrement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est clos et le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus. Luc est un hote aux petits soins, reactif et très arrangeant. Je recommande +++ cette maison et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Super week-end

La maison est vraiment au top. Les équipements sont géniaux et permettent même avec un temps moyen de passer un excellent séjour. Notre hôte été vraiment super très arrangeant et pleins de petites attentions. Un grand merci. À louer à n'importe quelle saison pour un moment détente en famille ou entre amis.
