It is located in the hamlet of Conches between Longeville sur mer (5km) and Tranche sur Mer (5km) accessible, for those who wish, by bike path. The beach is 1km accessible by car (2 minutes, parking) or by the forest, by bike or on foot, which is accessed just behind the villa. A swamp area completes the immediate environment of the place.
