It is an independent house on two floors, which divide the living and sleeping areas. It is cheerful and modern, kept with scrupulous care and with quality Italian furniture. It is located 200m from the San Pietro complex and 300m from the Cathedral, which overlooks the course full of boutiques and where people usually walk in the afternoon. The course also welcomes many restaurants and wine bars popular in the evening.
