The house is located 24 km from Trapani, 13 km from Birgi airport. Next to boarding for Favignana. It is 49 km from San Vito lo Capo and 50 km from Segesta.

The stay went smoothly in terms of respect for the property. A few technical issues occurred during the stay (Wi-Fi malfunction, a shutter that came loose), which I worked to resolve as quickly as possible — including offering an alternative solution at my own expense to ensure internet connectivity, which unfortunately was declined. Communication with the guest was initially warm and collaborative, but became more tense toward the end of the stay, with pushback on matters that had already been clarified before arrival (such as how the tourist tax is collected). I'd recommend other hosts be clear from the start about house rules and timelines, as I was.

Die Lage zentral in der Stadt ist super, und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nur Parkplatz war schwierig, die Strasse ist meist zugeparkt. Und nachts eher laut durch die befahrene Strasse sowie durch eine Bar in der Nähe.

Bel soggiorno da Nick's house

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per due notti ad agosto, io e 4 amici. La casa è molto bella, con camere grandi e spaziose ognuna munita di condizionatore. È munita di tutte le comodità con una cucina abitabile e nuova. La posizione è fantastica vicinissima al porto e al centro storico infatti non è necessario utilizzare la macchina. Il proprietario di casa, il signor Nicola, è molto disponibile e cordiale, abbiamo potuto chiedere a lui in qualsiasi momento per tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Diamo 5 stelle per i motivi elencati anche se a nostro avviso c'è qualche piccola miglioria da apportare. Consigliavo vivamente la struttura.
