The "Bellagio's Sunrise" is a detached villa and sleeps up to 6 people.
Large private garden with magnificent rose garden, possibility of BBQ, sun beds, table and chairs for outside.
Villa, with its spacious terrace, consists of a master bedroom, overlooking the lake, a bedroom with two single beds, a bright living room with fireplace, satellite TV, sofa bed for 2 persons, dining area overlooking terrace with beautiful lake views . equipped kitchen with table for 4 people, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Nice newly renovated bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, linens, courtesy set. Internet wi fi and air conditioning available throughout the hotel and free sat TV
Free private parking and indoor parking for bikes and motorbikes.
Extra services to be requested in advance: cot, high chair, bottle warmer.
The towels and sheets are included.

The hosts were entirely gracious. They met us for check-in and shared so many wonderful tips for the visit. They also provided us with appetizers and a bottle of prosecco. The place had all the things you could want and had a really nice home feel. If we visit the area again we would absolutely stay here.

Our family’s stay with Sybille and Alberto was excellent. The house is wonderful and felt like a home. The view of the lake is superb. Sybille and Alberto greeted us personally and the food and drinks were much appreciated. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Sybille and her family were so kind, helpful and welcoming it was the highlight of our trip. She had great recommendations and information on local services. This was a charming and very clean two bedroom home close to everything in Bellagio. It had a wonderful balcony from which the views were stunning and was right next to a winding medieval path leading to the downtown Bellagio shopping district. Sybille and Alberto met us at the house and provided so much helpful information to get us started on our stay. The prosecco waiting for us were icing in the cake! Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Wonderful getaway

If the Como region doesn't already impress, Bellagio's Sunrise will. The owners were wonderful to communicate with, thought of every detail, and provided great information on all of the things to see and do in the area. Their recommendations on everything from restaurants to bike rentals were fantastic. In particular we enjoyed the breakfast items and coffee, which we enjoyed on the balcony, watching the sunrise. Most importantly, we'd love to stay here on our next trip to Como!

Bellagio Sunrise

Sybille and Alberto are wonderful hosts. Prior to our arrival Sybille provided great information on transportation and activities. Upon arrival, Alberto greeted us at the bus station and drove us to the house. We were greeted with Prosecco and snacks. The kitchen was stocked with great necessities such as water, milk, butter, pasta, sauce, coffee and much more. We were given a great overview of transportation, sites and restaurants. The home was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful first visit to Lake Como.

Relaxing, Well Appointed Retreat

Impeccably clean, well appointed home, overlooking the beautiful Bellagio vista. A lovely retreat after a day of boating, strolling through beautiful gardens and deciding in which restaurant to dine. What made our stay even more memorable was the hospitality shown by Sybille. She was an excellent communicator, providing suggested itineraries pre-arrival, greeted us on the pier, arranged transportation to the house for all five of us and our baggage, ( it’s a bit of a trek, but well worth it!). The kitchen was stocked with continental breakfast foods, modern coffee maker, even pasta and sauce (if we were too tired to go to a restaurant first night), even a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival! Sybille anticipated our every need with obvious care and thoughtfulness. As ‘Empty Nesters’, this was a wonderful place for our family to reunite, relax and re-center. Highly recommend!!

Bellagio est un lieu idéal pour découvrir le lac mais très fréquenté. Du coup, l’emplacement de la maison un peu en dehors du centre touristique est appréciable. Bémol : il faut marcher davantage car les stationnements sont difficiles. L’accueil de nos hôtes, le jardin et sa terrasse permettent de se plonger dans la vue du lac. Malheureusement la route proche entraîne parfois des nuisances sonores à certaines heures mais nous recommandons cet endroit.

Cozy and perfect for family and pets

We stayed at Bellagio's Sunrise for a week with our golden retriever Maggie. This little lake house is well-equipped, immaculately clean, and stocked with all of the essentials and then some. The proprietors are friendly, responsive, and full of useful information about Bellagio and its hamlets. Even on two rather rainy days, the place was perfect for us. Maggie loved the fenced yard for play and for just laying around as dogs often do. If you are looking for a place near Bellagio for a small family with or without a dog, book Bellagio's Sunrise.

Ideal mit Hund

Wir waren eine Woche Mitte September in Bellagio! Dieses Haus ist ideal, wenn man einen Hund dabei hat, weil ein großer, komplett umzäunter Garten vorhanden ist! Es war ungewöhnlich warm während unseres Aufenthaltes, so dass ich sehr froh über die Klimaanlage war! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Küche sehr funktionell eingerichtet! Ich fand es ganz toll, dass Lebensmittel und Getränke vorrätig waren, so dass wir nicht sofort in den Supermarkt fahren mussten! Sibylle und auch ihr Vater sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Verständigung hat auf Englisch bestens geklappt! Gerne einmal wieder!

Gracious Hosts, Lake View & Great Location

Sybille, Alberto & Wilma are the most gracious hosts I have ever met, going above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. From the start of reservation process to arrival and check in, communication was prompt & helpful. Alberto met us at the ferry landing in Bellagio & drove us to the Bellagio Sunrise. The apartment is conveniently located just up the hill from Bellagio in the little hamlet of Visgnola. He oriented us to key spots - the coffee shop, mini market, bus stop & restaurants. Upon arrival at the apartment Sybille and her mother, Wilma, greeted us and had maps, bus schedules, business cards and recommendations for local Villa tours, drivers, public beaches & restaurants. They had stocked the apartment with yogurt, milk, eggs, bread, beer, ProSecco, coffee and much more. They had written instructions on how to operate the washing machine & other available appliances which was so helpful. The apartment is spacious & the beds are comfortable. We were visiting during the heat wave in June so the air con was essential. Plenty of towels and bathroom essentials were provided. The apartment was immaculately clean, the kitchen well stocked and the yard/grounds beautifully landscaped with roses & flowers. I enjoyed morning coffee outside looking at the lake each morning. There is an easy short cut through the pedestrian tunnel by the coffee shop down to Bellagio. It was unusually hot during our stay so we opted to use the local bus. Tickets are for purchase at the mini market. Definitely make a reservation at Salice Blu and enjoy a memorable dining experience with Chef Luigi. The restaurant is a 2 minute walk. On departure day Alberto picked us up and drove us to the bus stop for our train connection in Lecco back to Milan which was great as taxis are impossible to find in the morning. The only thing I would change is the decor in the twin bedroom. The children bedding does not affect the comfort of the room but would make it more visually appealing. Bellagio Sunrise is a beautiful & convenient place to stay for a trip to the Lake !

Hospitality and View Extraordinary!

Sybille was a gracious hostess leaving us some staples, goodies, and wine upon our arrival. The beautiful view from the deck and the side yard with picnic table was breathtaking! It is about a 25 minute walk to the main area of Bellagio but it was worth it. Serenity and natural beauty at its finest!

Beautiful dog friendly house overlooking Lake Como

This house was perfect for us. Set in a beautiful location, overlooking the lake and just a short walk from the centre of Bellagio. The owners were very helpful and gave us all the information we needed on the area. Lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk and with fabulous views. To top it off the house had a gorgeous enclosed garden which was perfect for our two dogs, who were also made to feel like special furry guests.
