lovely 3 bedroom period property to rent. Fantastic location minutes from the high street and seafront. This beautiful house has 3 double bedrooms. Two of which are suitable for adult and 1 suitable for kids (however if adults don't mind kids decor there's a comfortable single bed that extends into a king-size bed). Our downstairs area has a large cosy lounge area with open fire, record player, Sonos music system, LuckyVoice Karaoke with 2 mic's, Smart TV with Access to Netflix & NowTV. For those who need some quiet time to catch up on emails or work, there is a well-equipped spacious office room and with Superfast Broadband so no one will be complaining of download speeds. Unlimited logs for the open fire is provided at no extra charge. The Kitchen/Diner is well equipped with all mod cons suitable for a professional chef. 5 burner gas hob, eye level fan assisted oven with separate grill. An American style fridge provides enough space for all your food and drinks and the instant cubed or crushed ice is perfect for those pre dinner cocktails. A large table with comfortable dining chairs. The kitchen opens out onto a patio area with ample comfortable seating, tables, sofa, large Webber OneTouch BBQ and chiminea which looks onto a luscious evergreen tropical style garden.
