Large ground floor Seafront Victorian apartment in Broadstairs overlooking Stone Bay. Beautiful sea views, direct access to a beautiful Blue flag sandy beach, Broadstairs town centre is an easy 5-10 minute walk along the sea front. Sleeps a maximum of 4 with 1 King size bed and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. The property is easily accessed via the ground floor which makes it perfect for the elderly. We do allow well behaved dogs.

Flat had everything we needed and was comfortable. The flat stayed remarkably cool too, given that we were experiencing heatwave weather. Very convenient for the beach opposite and a very short walk into the town. Although high season we were able to get our car parked nearby on every occasion. We took our small dog with us (7 kg only) who thoroughly enjoyed her holiday by the seaside too! We would certainly consider booking this flat again.

This apartment is in a perfect location, a stone's throw from the beach and a short stroll into town.It's really spacious and would be perfect for a family of 4.It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table in the main room overlooking the sea.It missed the small details like a pint of milk in the fridge and shampoo in the bathroom which you would expect but otherwise it was great and nicely decorated.The apartment doesn't have its own parking but we were able to find a place on the street.Broadstairs is lovely and I recommend nearby Bleak House for coffee and cake.

It was one of the most romantic stays we have ever had anywhere in the world. We just loved having the place to ourselves and such a large and well furnished and appointed room it was too. We hope to stay there again next year.

Fabulous holiday stay

Nice and Right on the Beach

Nice place. Quiet area with the only noise coming from the waves on the beach. Easy parking and access. If your aim is to just sit on a nice beach then don't hesitate to book this.

Brilliant location and lovely property

The accommodation was lovely and the view from the front room was fantastic, a great place to have your morning coffee. We enjoyed a two night coffee stay and found the flat extremely comfortable and in a quiet location but ideally located for the beach and the shops and restaurants in Broadstairs, we will definitely be back.

We bought this apartment in 2012 after falling in love with Broadstairs. It's a wonderful place to relax with our children away from our busy London lives. We all love the beach and all the fun that buzzing Broadstairs has to offer. Our sons will not leave without a visit to Morellis Ice cream parlour... in our opinion it's the best!
Since purchasing the property in April 2012 we have spent many weekends/school holidays here and have really loved it, we hope you enjoy our wonderful coastal retreat too!

Why they chose this property

When I first went to view this property it was very tatty, I walked into the living room with the estate agent and looked out at the sea and just saw the huge potential this property had to offer. I often just sit in the window seat with a book looking out at the sea, its so medicinal. A weekend here takes you back to child hood simplicity and you can truly relax.

What makes this property unique

The one clear thing that this property has to offer that many won't is the fantastic sea view. It is a great location not only just a walk over the road to the beach but a simple 5-10 minute walk along the sea front to the centre of town. In my opinion the master bedroom bed is one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and it actually beats my bed at home! The room is dark and I always get a great nights sleep here.. You find out for yourself.
