3 BEDROOM CONDO with spectacular harbor views and heated pool/hot tub

Renovated in 2006 our villa is located in Harbourside III at Shelter Cove Harbour. We have great harbor views from our spacious balcony. The renovation consisted of new furnishings, kitchen cabinets and appliances and bathrooms. The unit is a spacious 2 story unit allowing ample room for all guests. The living room area was recently updated with new wood floors. We also offer free WIFI and the recent addition of a 47' HD LCD TV and DVD player. The large balcony is a great location for relaxing meals overlooking the harbor.

Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with necessary appliances (dishwasher,microwave, toaster,blender etc.). All linens except beach towels are provided. There is a king sized bed in the Master suite and two twins in the second bedroom. There is a washer and dryer upstairs with the master bedroom and the twin bedroom. The third bedroom is a Doublebed downstairs. Each bedroom has its own television.

We are located mid island which makes it very convenient to explore all areas of the island. There is a fine Mexican Restaurant onsite with nightly live entertainment. Also onsite is an Ice Cream Parlor. Additionally there are 6 other restaurants all within a 1-5 minute walk on the harbor all with harbor views and varying forms of nightly entertainment. There are many specialty shops below each building for shopping. The new Shelter Cove Towne Centre (view at is within walking distance
nearby. A new Kroger Marketplace and Whole Foods have just been completed in this complex.

Guests use permits that allow for access to all Palmetto Dunes area facilities. This also allows for free parking at the Palmetto Dunes beach area in Palmetto Dunes and the ability to park in the Disney Club beach area also. There is a free shuttle service (The Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy) that takes you to the mall, beach, golf courses and shopping areas for those without a car. A beach restaurant The Dunes House recently opened at our beach area. It is a beachfront open air restaurant that serves casual food in a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally you can rent bicycles and enjoy the many numerous miles of bike trails and wonderful views the Island has to offer. The harbor offers kayaking excursions and dolphin boating tours daily.

The complexes large heated pool, in season, is set in a well manicured and landscaped setting. The pool area also houses a hot tub, bathrooms, showers, gazebo and two new gas grills.
