This newly built apartment comes with more than most. Not only does it have beautiful gardens, It offers many extras to upgrade your holiday. It offers a gym, steam room, sauna and a Finnish bath.* (Please note from 15th june to 15th September 2020 the sauna and bath area will be closed. This is due to the lack of use in previous years and the cost to keep them open. )The large terrace/solarium comes with 2 sun loungers and outdoor garden furniture that seats up to 6 people. A storage box that has toys and swimming equipment.
The inside is beautiful and comes with a full tv package including films and sports channels on a 50 inch smart TV. The kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle plus all glasses, crockery and cooking equipment. The bedrooms have an iron/ironing board and hairdryer. Also a safe located in the wardrobe. It also benefits from air conditioning and has free street parking or you can use the complimentary secure under ground parking. Sometimes overlooked we also provide pool/beach towels for your convenience for 4 euros for your entire stay.

"The apartment was very nice, well-equipped, and clean. The residential complex is well-maintained and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. However, the sea is a bit far, and the nearby beaches are not as appealing as, for example, La Mata."

Lovely property

Property and complex is lovely. Nice apartment and central pool and facilities are great. The whole place felt safe. Check in process was not a great experience and no host welcoming emails, pre attendance instructions on accessing the property and property was not ready on arrival. Quite poor host management compared to previous bookings

Non conforme à l'annonce

L'appartement était non conforme à l'annonce. Le canapé lounge à l'extérieur n'y était pas car usé par le soleil. Le hammam était fermé à cause du covid et nous n'avions pas le droit d'utiliser le barbecue car trop de nettoyage après. (on nous a donné un barbecue jetable pour compenser) La propreté de l'appartement était à revoir : taie d'oreiller toute jaune ainsi que le fauteuil du salon et chaises de cuisine tachées, chewing gum collé sur la tête de lit et terrasse non nettoyée. Suite à ces déconvenues nous avons demandés au propriétaires de ne rester qu'une semaine au lieu de deux. Ce dernier a refusé ! Pour compenser il a commandé un autre canapé qui est arrivé après notre départ ! Nous sommes habitués à séjourner sur torrevieja et nous avions choisi cette location (plus cher que les autres) car nous pensions avoir un "appartement de luxe" comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Le propriétaire nous a proposé de nous faire une remise à notre départ mais au final il a refusé prétextant nous avoir laissé quelques heures de plus dans l'appartement avant de partir. (à sa condition que nous laissions l'appartement très propre !) De plus les photos donnent l'impression d'avoir de grandes pièces et une immense piscine or c'est beaucoup plus petit. La piscine est néanmoins très agréable et c'est le seul point positif de cette location. La terrasse principale où se trouve la table et transat n'a plus de soleil à partir de 17h00 environ. Nous avions également demandé les serviettes de bains que nous devions restituer à la fin du séjour. Je ne vous le conseille pas si vous aimé les grandes serviettes de bain ! Ces dernières ne faisant que 60cm/120cm. Un locataire averti est un locataire heureux !

The apartment is exactly as advertised but you wanted some money back after and when I refused you write this review full of half truths. The sofa broke not long before you arrived and everywhere we shopped there was a long waiting time for any new sofa to arrive, so instead we managed to find a table and chairs set just before your arrival. We felt lucky about this in the current climate. We advised you before your arrival the bar b cue not in use so you knew this. We advised you during summer months the spa and jacuzzi was not in use. You knew this and it is stated clearly in the listing! Our cleaner washed the pillow cases and they went yellow. These were replaced immediately. The leather swival chair has very minor sun damage. Sorry this wasnt to your approval but it seems a waste to throw it out when still in good working order especially when other guests were not bothered by it. Everyday for the first week you requested something new so I am of the opinion you are not easy people to deal with. I tried to accomodate you on every level - allowing you the temporary bar b cue(we have a no bar b que rule) but you seemed to use it as leverage to gain a refund! We did agree to compensate you. You obviously liked the place as you asked to stay another night. We agreed this as complimentary and free of charge. In the end you decided to leave on the last day but with extended check out at 8pm. This was our agreement to compensate you but you wanted an extra night and money which was not agreed! As for the chewing gum you are making that up. There is or was no chewing gum. As for the sun we can't make it stay still for you but we do have the option of a second terrace for you to move to so you have sun until all day intil dusk! As for the gardens they are vast and very well maintained so they look beautiful all year round. The jacuzzi and spa/sauna/steam are currently open as described in the listing. As you booked last minute maybe you missed some of the details. As you asked to stay another night I assume you liked your stay and I genuinley hope overall you had a lovely holiday.

Lovely little development

Apartment is in a lovely little development. Spotlessly clean and really well kept. Lovely pool it was so peaceful and quiet. Apartment was small but very clean and modern, seriously good air con! Everything we needed for a week away, both balconies got the sun at different times of the day. Only disappointment was the fact we couldn’t use the BBQ, we specifically chose the apartment because it had one and was really looking forward to BBQing of an evening but we were told we couldn’t use it because of a new awning (we didn’t open the awning once!) Less then a 10 min walk to supermarket and restaurant and bars Despite the disappointment of not being able to use the BBQ, we are already looking at coming back. Loved it. Oh and Paul and Julie who managed the apartment are lovely and very responsive.

Beautiful apartment

This was a beautiful property, the pool area was brilliant for our two children and we managed without a car as there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The balcony space was brilliant and the indoor jacuzzi was very enjoyable too. We couldn't have asked for a nicer property.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, very lovely place

Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr hübsch. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool ist toll. Man wohnt ruhig und in der Nähe gibt es ein nettes Restaurant, eine Apotheke und etwas weiter weg, aber dennoch gut erlaufbar findet sich ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants darum. Vielen Dank Daniel. Tolle Wohnung.

Morden, clean, all that you need!

Just returned from a 6 night break with my wife & 2 teenage boys From initial communication with Daniel (owner) to date, cannot fault Daniel 's property or correspondence with him! Highly recommended, close enough to bars/restaurants & beach to walk if you wanted too which we did on many occasions Modern & clean with a lovely pool, my only slight negative would be that the gym had only 3 pieces of equipment, but the spa/hot tub area was amazing!! No hesitation in recommending- we have rented many properties both in Europe & the U.S. this is without doubt excellent value for money Hope to return soon : )))

Brand new apartment in great a complex

Our family had a great stay in this apartment. It was brand new, very modern with all comforts needed. Fast wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine etc... The apartment has two terraces in both directions one two the pool side and one to the street side. Both are BIG. The one with on the pool side has wonderful furnitures, BBQ and a welcomed shade in the afternoon/evenings. All just great about this apartment. The pool area is beautiful and well kept. During our stay, all though in high season, the pool area was very calm and relaxed and never crowded. We visited with two small kids (1 & 2 years old) so we appreciated that there was pool section for small kids. We had a rental car to get around but others living in this complex managed without. Taxi is relatively cheap if needed and the closest supermarket on walking distance. We can just recommend this place. Daniel (the land lord) is very friendly and great to deal with and was fast to respond to any questions we had.

Family man who is lucky enough to own this beautiful apartment with my family. We use it for holidaying twice a year. Everything in the apartment we chose ourselves - the decor is modern and has a nice homely feel to it. Please enjoy the place as much as we do. If there is anything you would like to added such as kitchen utensils or anything else please leave me feedback. You should find you have everything you need.

Why they chose this property

The location is close to some of the best beaches and golf courses in Spain and offers a quiet peaceful setting not far from shops and restaurants.
La Zenia boulevard is 5 minutes away and the beach is 1k so you can drive or walk.
We have various small bars and shops on our doorstep so you can relax and laze around the gardens and pop out for lunch or go further a field. I know some great restaurants if you want a recommendation.
