The apartment is on the 1st floor, has air conditioning throughout, a large sunny terrace (facing south) with views of the golf course. Located just 400 m from the beach with beautiful hikes along the coast.

The apartment is located in a secure day and night complex with three swimming pools, lush tropical gardens, underground parking, lift, with a choice of excellent restaurants, shops, bars, superb shopping complexes, bus stop at proximity. This apartment has a very nice fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer. The living room is furnished with high-end furniture, 102 cm high-definition television with decoder to receive the radio and 140 French, English, German, Spanish and Russian channels.
DVD player also present.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed with en-suite bathroom, the second with 2 beds, a sofa with an integrated double bed which is located in the living room.

The bathrooms are well equipped with bath / shower and underfloor heating. The windows are double glazed, the fully soundproofed walls will ensure that your tranquility and privacy remains intact. Well placed for airports, with Alicante 40 minutes and Murcia 35 minutes, Welcome to Punta Prima Beach l'Entrada
