Built in 2006 it is situated at the end of a cul-de sac just 5mins walk from the Turkish Cypriot village of Catalkoy. Accommodation for six people across 3 bedrooms on 2 floors, it is spacious and light and the villa has been tastefully, yet comfortably furnished.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, flyscreens and floors are tiled throughout. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and opens out onto a dining terrace overlooking the pool. Landscape gardens surround the villa with a large pool being the main external feature.

The house is ideal for either a family or couples wanting to relax by the pool, enjoy the local surroundings or to explore the area, with Girne (Kyrenia) for night life and the famous cultural monastery village of Bellapais nearby, crusader castles in the mountains and the many quiet little bays along the coast for fishing, bathing, boating and diving. Within 5 mins drive a selection of European and Mediterranean restaurants, supermarkets and many more bars and eating establishments can be found.
